False advertising fake products. Ordered adult soft silicone dentures got upper and lower hard plastic teeth to small for a newborn

I only gave one star and it deserves no stars. I ordered a bracelet in Sept of 2022. It was never received. I tried contacting the company in Oct of 2022 and received an automated reply. I believe it is a scam

I received a bracelet and a turtle tracking in 2020 we were able to track it for a few years and now we are unable to track it! Any ideas?

I ordered 2 bracelets back in Aug. Never received them, I have tried to call them only to find out their number is not in service. I have emailed them many times only to get a genetic email in return with no answers on where is my bracelets are that have ordered and I received no tracking information.
YOU STOLE MY MONEY!!! I WANT A REUND ASAP!!

Very disappointed.
Ordered a bracelet nearly 2 months ago and it still has not arrived. I had to ask for a tracking link which they sent to me but it does not even work.
Will not recommend and will never buy from again.

I bought this as a special gift for my niece for Christmas. She was excited and she tracked her turtle until she was unable to. When she called to get information she was the turtle Grasshopper had died. No explanation , no we will send you a replacement turtle to track. She only was able to track her turtle 1 month. I believe this is worthy but I feel like it should of been longer .
Any feedback would be appreciated.

The bracelets I ordered are absolutely beautiful!! I love sea turtles so it's really amazing how I can even track my turtles. Made with good quality and just so pretty.

Was sent 2 sharks to track and neither shark had been active for 5 months, took weeks to get a response then what looked like a genuine reply to my email turned out to be a copy/paste message as it was received by 2 separate orders

have had order for weeks and had better be here by my granddaughters birthday. Very disappointed with this company.

I have written previously about a Christmas order that did not arrive in time last year (one of many similar reviews). Now I am getting endless promotional texts from this company. I have tried asking them to stop sending me texts, but still they persist and the latest was a very bewildering message about wanting to help me with an order that I had made! How can I get this company to stop all communication with me? I don’t wish to hear from them and have no intention of ever ordering from them again.

Good service, loved the bracelet and, although the string got a little discolored, it's still no problem :)

Items were received in a timely manner and the quality seemed decent. I was disappointed that the tumbler did not come with a lid that closes. Also, I received a bracelet that was difficult to operate and just didn't make sense in how it was made. The beaded bracelets were wonderful!

Absolutely love Ocean & Co bracelets. The work they promote to support the environment is fantastic.
