Comes from China, my ring didnt have the sparkle as picture showed. They hassled me about return even tho add says 30 day.
Had to go through my pay pal to get resolution. Felt like false advertising.

Gorguse ring, I order a 7.5 fits perfectly. The process time took a few weeks, but finally came by FedEx.

I recieved my rings and it was surprisingly beautiful. I got a size 7 and it fits perfectly. I got updates on shipping and delivery. I will be shopping with them again

The ring that I ordered was exactly as shown and described on their website. It’s perfect. I’m extremely happy. And delivery was right on time. No doubt I’ll be shopping here again. Oh, and the ring box was very professional. Wonderful presentation!

After 4 weeks I received the wrong shoe, I expressed this to them and they argued that the shoe I sent was the one that I ordered after I sent them a picture of the difference. I found the shoe that they sent me on their website which was much less that what I paid only then the rep apologized and gave me the correct instructions to return, but they wont send me CORRECT the shoe that I ordered until they receive it so it could take up to 2 months for me to get them. On top of that it cost me an additional $30 to return the shoe. Horrible service

The ring that I purchased I thought was gold - but when it arrived it was silver - not what I was expecting - the ring is pretty but I wanted it in gold - poor quality of pictures shown

This is the 2nd item I ordered from lajerrio and it was not delivered as pictured. The ring is cheap looking and has no shine to it. The setting is also not as it is displayed. The main stone sits way low to the band when it shows as a higher setting in the photo they display. I won't order again from this company.

Was told material was 925 silver , it's not finish started coming off 2 weeks after I started wearing it! Wont buy again!

My jewelry was received late. It says ships within 2-3 days, and you pay for expedited shipping, and you still have to wait 4 weeks to get it.

The first two ring I got who h was my first order were great are great the third set I am getting has not arrived. Roofline to ineffective soon er, but understand I am looking forward to my third order
