J'ai commandé une bague, le temps d'attente à été long, ils ont bien répondu à mes mails car il y a le temps de fabrication + le temps du transport. J'en suis très contente, il faut juste être patient !!!!

J ai bien reçu la bague que j'ai commandé, le temps de livraison est assez long, mais je suis ravie de cet achat, et à priori la qualité est bien présente.

My hubbie to be bought me this ring, I've not worn it much due to the fact it's turning silver on the underside of the ring 😑 very disappointing as I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it, not impressed with it at all tbh, it's the princess cut black sapphire ring, it's black and I thought it should stay black but it's going silver underneath 🤷can't put photo on here unfortunately

Do not buy from them. Order has still not arrived, ordered over two weeks. Email correspondence is terrible and never give any answers other than 2order is being prepared". I have cancelled it but only assume I have now lost money and as was purchased as a gift, but now have nothing to give.

Ordered a ring for my Mother for Christmas, it arrived on the 11th of January the wrong size. Returned it to the address given, customs are still contacting me now saying the number for the returns office is invalid. Someone called Joy keeps emailing saying that’s the only number they have, but they will send me a new ring. It’s an excuse as to why I still haven’t been given a tracking number every time I email. I’ve told the person if she is even a person that if this isn’t resolved then I will be raising a dispute with my PayPal. Just save yourself the drama and don’t use them.

Purchased an antique art deco blue and white sapphire ring. Alright, it only cost about $23. The objection I have is that the ring does not match the picture online.
For a better idea of final product, look at the reviews and see the photos attached.
Would not have bought this if these photos were the ones used to sell the product.

If i could give zero i would, this is a terrible company selling fake jewellery, take ages to come and the quality is cheap and tacky, looks like you are getting a bargain but had it looked at by a professional who told me it was cheap fake. On wanting to return, the owner who struggles with English stalls and wants photos after photos, will not give details and when does requires the customer to pay the postage and then doesn’t offer a refund and will disappear. Avoid like Covid !!!

J'ai fait une commande le 17 décembre 2021 ! Le paiement a été effectuer et bien prélevé de leur part !et nous sommes le 5 janvier 2022 et je n'es toujours rien reçue a se jour malgré mes email que leur et envoiyer aucune réponse de leur part je regrette une choses de ne pas avoir lue les avis sur ceux site avant de commander car je voie que se nais pas un bon site malheureusement donc en conséquence je me suis bien fait arnaquer partie temp d'autres a se que je voie donc je le recommande pas du tout même se site et ne vous faite pas avoir surtout comme je les étais !!!

Pas de retour possible car frais de retour aussi cher que le bijou lui même
Svp irrespectueux sans donner de réelles solutions sauf un code de réduction pour un nouvel achat
Je déconseille fortement

I ordered from this company before I saw the negative reviews, so I was a bit worried. Shipping time was slightly longer than expected, but the actual product was amazing value for money, it legitimately looks like a ring three times the price. The engraving was a lovely touch, nice and discreet, and the customer service was good and replied immediately when I wanted to change the engraving after I had ordered, and also when I enquired about shipping.

In the picture the ring looks great, bought it off a .co.uk site and paid in £, it said the item was instock. Due to sensitivity with time I paid for the 4-8 day shipping given I thought it was coming from the UK, I assumed I'd have plenty of time. The ring shipped 9 days after ordering from China. Even with business days and faster shipping I assumed it would be in just in time. Maybe the day of. However, now I still have no ring. Shipping today said it arrived at its destination country, current the tracker said the Netherlands which is not Ireland. I'm disappointed and upset given the extra spend and the lack of a ring for the vow renewal I was supposed to have tomorrow. There is absolutely no clarity on the turnaround times or locations. I should have bought off an etsy supplier like I thought about but due to the US location I didn't think I'd get in time. There needs to be clarity on this site. It's unfair and misleading.

Absolutely avoid at all costs! Ordered matching rings for me and my girlfriend for her 21st birthday present a month in advance to make sure they arrived in time due to engravings and have had nothing show up. Was told it had been dispatched and was a sent a link to track it which never worked, would always say the location was unknown. Got in contact with customer service and they said there was nothing they could do and they werent able to track it either so told to just wait for it to arrive! Will be fighting for my full refund and only wished I had checked the reviews properly before ordering. Don’t make the same mistake as I did!

Malgré une Première commande reçue et satisfaite.
Deuxième commande, somme encaissée le 23 septembre, toujours rien reçu à ce jour. Dois je m'inquiéter, la suite le dira. Impossible de les joindre. Aucun numéro de tel, et impossible de leur envoyer une réclamation...
Suite (le 9 sept) : à la suite de cet avis, j'ai reçu un mail hier me disant que la commande était en cours de livraison. Normalement avec les 20 euros de frais de port que j'ai payé, cela devrait encore mettre 4 à 6 jours. Nous verrons bien !!!
Aujourd'hui le 17 octobre, toujours pas reçu ma commande. Cela va faire 1 mois qu'ils ont encaissé....
Le 18 octobre. Commande RECUE.
Toujours satisfaite du modèle, maintenant, le temps dira si la qualité est là. A ce jour, ça fait son effet...

Terrible service I have a 1 warranty and a faulty ring and all correspondence is blocked bad quality and very bad company.. take your money and run is their policy STAY CLEAR OF THEM

Horrible . I have ordered 3 rings they send me one and not sending the rest . They keep giving me the first ring tracking number that I received and when I send them the rest they don’t want to help me .I have send them all the order numbers and he emailing me is a lot of order numbers , yes because you owe me two as I bought 3 . I paid over £350 and they are not sending my rings. Except one . Don’t buy from them . Big mistake
I will be sharing their email to me so you all see how they treating me . They kind of mental torturing me. I will up date you .

I ordered two rings from these people weeks ago spending over 100 pou days and still have not got items. I went on website to track my item and it is saying there is nothing to track. I needed to reset password to check order status and still no confirmation email. I tried to chat to somebody no response. I'm starting to think I got scammed and if I did I will take it up with my bank.

I've order 3 rings off this site lajerrio and all I can say the prices are good and the rings are beautiful its takes about 3wks for delivery but worth the wait.

Bonjour, j'ai fait l'erreur de commander le 31 mai 2021 deux alliances de mariage à ce site attiré par les prix mais je comprends maintenant pourquoi les prix sont plus intéressants ici au premier abord... En effet, il y a un délai annoncé en livraison gratuite de 12-20 jours et nous ne sommes toujours pas en possession des articles. De plus, le prétendu suivi des envois est inexistant, malgré mes tentatives de tracking, sur le site du pseudo transporteur yuntrack puis après réclamation sur une autre page web qu'ils m'ont indiquée. La seule (vraie ?) information que je peux consulter est que ma commande a été expédiée... Mais où est-elle passée si elle a vraiment été expédiée ?...
Et leur service clients ne vaut rien du tout... Impossible de trouver un numéro de téléphone (ils sont coutumiers d'arnaquer les gens ?) J'ai pourtant payé +200€ malgré mes faibles moyens... C'est très cuisant comme arnaque... Donc, site à proscrire absolument !
