They sold me a white sapphire ring but my jeweler looked at it and said it wasn't a sapphire. And of course, Lajerrio Jewelry won't return my emails.

Ordered a ring through here. Took forever to receive. Came about a month or more after it was suppose to arrive. Had to send emails to them and was lucky to get a response. I also ordered a size 7 ring which is my normal size. And the thing literally falls off my hand if I shake it.

Site advertising as UK site, but its actually China. Order a ring on the 1st December shipping was supposed to be 9 days but didn't receive my ring until 30th December. 30 days.
Customer service is apporling and no phone number worked.
I would recommend never to use this site

Still waiting a month and a half since ordering. Wish fb and all other social media would stop letting scams on their platforms.
Update 11/7/22 finally recieved my items minus 1 was bo after I purchased. Item does fit and does sparkle I tiny bit. Not near what their website boast. I will not be ordering again. Items come from China.

ON 09/14/2022, I ORDERED A RING SET FROM THIS COMPANY - WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER I ENCLOSED $18 FOR A “EXPRESS DELIVERY FEE”.

I RECEIVED MY ORDER ON 10/07/2022 - 24 DAYS LATE, MY ORDER ALSO INCLUDED A “FREE GIFT SET” - WHEN I FINALLY RECEIVED MY ORDER PACKAGE THERE WAS NO “FREE GIFT” IN THE PACKAGE..

NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME TO OFFER A REFUND FOR MY $18 - NOR HAS ANYONE ATTEMPTED TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED TO THE “FREE GIFT” THAT I WAS PROMISED….

there’s no Zero so I rated a 1. Should’ve been -0…. The website is deceiving, they advertised the ring as a huge 18.5 carat with pics & all but it’s only like 4 carats. Does not glitter or shine looks like a piece of glass or plastic. Just terrible. They take your money plus shipping and for what , you get nothing. I will donate to Goodwill!!!never again!

These ppl are scams. Please don’t order! The ring I ordered looked like something you would get out of a bubble gum machine. Do NOT order!

Never received the ring. Took them over ten days to ship. Oh wait after I emailed them to cancel the order it magically shipped. Received some tracking number from a site called track 17. A bunch of Chinese writing.
Was home all day checked tracking number said it was delivered to front door. Guess what? It wasn't. Been arguing with some person named Joy!(American name I suppose) Best I can tell this is a scam company. Probably foreign. Don't Buy anything from them.

This company sucks. The jewelry looks nothing like what's advertised on their site. Super cheap not worth the money. Also shipping is horrible ordered July 17th received August 10.

Absolute nightmare of a company. Illegally hallmarks rings as sterling silver when they are copper. Getting a response from them is a fiasco. Wanted to return items but they said to return to China. Had exact same issue with rubbish purchased from Joancee only to put two and two together that they are the same. Drop shipping junk from China.

After ordering a ring and only then looking at reviews,I was horrified to see the negative feedback and awaited the rubbish I was sure was going to arrive, if it arrived at all!!!!!
It did take longer than 8 days…around 3 weeks…. But I was shocked when it did arrive.
It was packaged in a two draw jewellery type box,with the ring in the top draw, in a ring box within the draw and the cleaning cloth and instructions in the bottom draw.
On opening the ring box,I was totally surprised by this exquisite looking ring that looks so expensive and exactly like the photo on website…I wish there was a feature to post a photo.
Havnt worn it yet,so unless the stone falls out,hope I’m not jinxing myself,am very pleased with purchase…I don’t usually write reviews, but was genuinely kicking myself for ordering after reading the negative comments.
Would definitely order again, over the moon with ring.

This company deserves 0 stars but unfortunately that's not an option.
My husband ordered me a wedding ring from Lajerrio and when he entered the payment information it came back as payment failed. He entered it a 2nd time and again said payment failed. My husband card statement shows money was debited from his account via PayPal for $99.96 to be paid to Lajerrio. I then received an email from Lajerrio offering me additional discount for me to reorder. Said once I submit payment to PayPal to call them to finish processing my order. I tried to customer chat from their site but chat wasn't available so I emailed them twice stating the issue as I did above along with attachments of proof of payment, and communication of order closed by their company. The only correspondence I've gotten from them was an email from "Joy" that my order was closed and I need to check it again. I've submitted multiple requests for chat to no avail and no more emails to rectify this issue. No ring, no refund and no money to be able to purchase another one from a legitimate site

I tried to order a ring from this website. Chose my item, went to my basket and hit pay with PayPal (for extra protection in case something happens). After I had paid the original £15, it then took me to the next page where I chose shipping. It asked me to pay an additional £15-£20 for shipping. The £15 for the item has already left my account but I won't be able to get the item until I pay the same again for shipping.
