Great communication from Laik. Everything went smoothly and the guide you receive before arriving has some great information. Would definitely book with them again

Location perfect, cottage very clean, great communication from the company Laik. Everything you need for your stay was there plus the use of a car park permit.
Some areas around the cottage look tired and are in need of updating but these were minor and did not spoil our stay.

Very helpful in advance of our stay. Clear instructions on how to access the property, where to park etc. Didn’t need to contact them for anything which I think shows how well organised everything was.

Great experience - Brilliant Communication - Very Helpful Team

The service I’ve received from Laik has been exceptional! Marta and Niall are absolutely amazing, any time I have a question or need help, they’re always there to assist and are such a pleasure to deal with. The properties they manage are absolutely stunning and of such high quality. I would definitely recommend booking with them!

I recently had the pleasure of booking a stay with Laik for a trip to the Lake District, and I have to say, I was blown away by the level of service and quality of accommodations they provided. start to finish, everything was seamless and stress-free, making for a truly enjoyable experience.

As for the property itself, it was absolutely stunning. The attention to detail and high-end finishes really set it apart from other holiday rentals I've stayed in. Not to mention, the location was unbeatable - we were right in the heart of the Lake District, with easy access to all the hiking trails and scenic vistas the area is famous for.

Overall, I can't recommend Laik highly enough. If you're looking for a top-notch holiday letting company in the Lake District, look no further! They truly go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is unforgettable.

Laik have been managing my holiday let in Bownesss since summer and they've helped me create a very successful little holiday let business. Their design service was amazing - completely transformed my apartment in order to increase my bookings. I can't thank them enough!
I live in the South East so having all the bookings and the guests taken care of is an absolute godsend.

Thank you Laik!
