Excellent stay in the windermere. We stayed for 4 days. Home is nice and tidy. Center of the windermere. On walking distance grocery stores and restaurant. It was amazing.

A great experience booking with Laik
A great experience booking with Laik. Very informative and helpful. Easy booking process. Emails and brochures sent regarding the property and checking in etc. very clear and helpful. Have already recommended to family and friends. Spoke with a couple of members of staff via telephone and they were lovely.

We had a wonderful experience with Laik. From start to finish they were easily contactable, clear with instructions and super responsive. One of my favourite things about Laik is that they sent us a guide all about the property we were staying in and all of the things to do and places to visit in the area during our stay which was super helpful and not something I’ve experienced before. Would 100% recommend! Thank you Laik :)

Last minute booking on a bank hol weekend
Very last minute booking on a bank holiday weekend and out of office hours! We booked online without thinking about the check in process and the lady we called at Laik could not have been any more understanding or helpful! Great communication, and such pleasant staff that couldn't be happier to help. Our own mistake was appily and quickly resolved. We'll use Team Laik again for sure! The accommodation was perfect, as described in a lovely quiet setting, in the heart of Windermere, easy to find and the hot tub was the perfect addition to a relaxing weekend.

Very professional and attentive…
Very professional and attentive company. When we had a slight issue it was resolved almost instantly which was very helpful. Ladies who I communicated with were lovely. Would definitely recommend them as a company to stay with!

Great apartment in prime location
Great apartment, great location. Modern and clean. Very good communication from company. Would highly recommend.
Parking permit for car off site but only a short walk away.

Lovely stay here
Lovely stay here, the property was spotless with great facilities. We really enjoyed the lake view from the balcony, and the location was perfect for getting into town. Parking was easy and the hosts were very communicative.

Great place to stay
The location is great, 3 min walk into town. Place was clean, tidy, well decorated. Great bathroom. Front bedroom has the best comfy bed, slept better than I do at home! Would recommend and would stay there again.

The team at Laik were excellent and very responsive to any questions. We had such a lovey few days in the Lakes and were very happy with the cottage which was comfortable for all the family and finished to a high standard - and in a great location. Best Location in Bowness
Having stayed in Bowness many times we knew this property for which the location is perfect.
Apart from a little TLC here and there ie Front Door, downstairs front window frame the house met our needs and expectations. Would recommend and stay here again

Professional, personable and consistent.
Laik were extremely professional and helpful from the point of booking until the moment we left. Their welcome guide was extremely detailed and helpful for us. Their correspondence was proactive and consistent. We had absolutely no issues during our stay I felt absolutely confident they would’ve sorted anything immediately. We weren’t due to check in until 4pm, however Laik kindly allowed us to utilise the driveway from 2pm. These are the little things that make your stay feel more personable and comfortable. Will certainly be booking with Laik again in the future.

We wouldn't hesitate to book again through Laik. We love that all their properties are available to view online, coupled with the fact they have physical premises situated in the heart of the Lake District giving you peace of mind their staff are available to assist, should you need them. Laik's properties are stunning and they are spotlessly clean. To be honest, the property we stayed at was even better than the photographs online and they were stunning! The level of communication you receive from Laik is fabulous and this makes your stay even more enjoyable as they've already answered every question you'd need to ask.
