Very bad. My item -- a metal bed with trudle broke the 1st week. They sent another in few weeks. That bed also broke and i sent pictures and made 3-4 phone calls and couple emails requesting a supervisor. The bed is for my daughter - she could easily get cut on the metal, or if the bed bends further it could collaps. I got a email back saying i can keep the broken bed & they'll refund 30% of my money. I wrote back that I dont want the broke unsafe bed they can have it back. I want a full refund. I got a call back during work hours- they left a message for me to cal them. I did again 2 more times and got nothing back. This has gone on since Febuary 2016. Very unhappy. I will not orser from this company again.

I love my new sectional. It looks wonderful in my living room. I would order from flat fair again. The only con is the price to ship is expensive and when the sectional was delivered, there was only one guy which I'm not sure flat fair has anything to do with who delivers it.

Excellent price on bedroom set and formal dinning set, but their customer service needs a little improvement.

I received some defective merchandise. Their process for returns was challenging. They may have answered my e-mails within the next business day but it took weeks for the company to coordinate picking up the merchandise. They lost my business.

I ordered an Ashley Furniture sectional & dining table set from FlatFair. This was my first time ordering furniture online, sight-unseen and I was a bit nervous. Due to delay on the part of the manufacturer, my sofa was back-ordered for quite some time. Flat-fair customer service was wonderful, always very responsive and kept me updated with every new development. I am so happy that I decided to wait it out, my new sofa & table are perfect!

This company has beautiful items but shipping isn't so great,be prepared to spend majority of your money on shipping, I'd order from this company monthly or weekly if shipping cost was lower.

I was hesitant to purchase from the site, because of all the bad reviews I read; however, I took a chance, because it was the lowest price, and I'm glad I did. I had no issues whatsoever with my purchase. The chairs were inexpensive, free shipping, and came within 1 week. The chairs were easy to put together, and super sturdy. Highly recommend this site.

Item arrived fairly timely and well packaged for protection at a good price

I Purchased a coffee table set and got charged in a second, 3 days after a found out that they ran out of the product and stopped providing that specific product. Whatever at least I got my money back!

Best Price out there for the exact same bed. I did my research, and FlatFair had the best price out there hands down. Very pleased and impressed with the communication of customer service, and the delivery. Would definitely recommend them!

Confusing notification system. Part of order was on back order so we cancelled, notifications showed total order and cost. Furniture was shipped on a truck without a lift gate. Tried to change delivery address to husbands work and would have been charged an up charge. Luckily (?) road was flooded, so UPS wanted to deliver elsewhere so delivered to work with a loading dock. Furniture is great.

Transaction was fine, but took way too long to get furniture delivered.

I spent over $5,000 in one order. The customer service was terrible. According to the website, everything I ordered was available. The money was withdrawn from my account right away. I called to inquire about my order. According to customer service,all the pieces to my bedroom suite were not available. I needed at least one of the items that were available to purchase the paint for my room. Therefore, I asked them to at least send one item. I was told they would send the item at no extra charge. However, they never send the item. I called several other times, with no avail. It took a day or two to charge my account, but took them months to finally deliver the whole order. The furniture is beautiful. Everything is sturdy, but the drawers are of low quality. I had problems with the drawers as soon as I began to use them. With the poor quality of customer service, I decided not to call them and waste my time.

Desk broke, I called them, they asked for pictures, sent them, keep getting emails from different people asking to to see if I can get it locally repaired etc.

Was very satisfied with purchase experience. Great Price too.
