i ordered a bed which was delivered in perfect packaging
only to find out that one of the items was covered with fungus
i then contacted flatfair about the situation, they have been be trying to contact the manufacturer for days and dont have any instructions on what can be done,
its been more that a week, seems like they do not enforce any QA on their merchants before the product is delivered to the customers.
very bad customer service , stay away from this merchant

my order got cancelled because its not in stock. However there were no online indication that it was.

Nobody answers phone when u call customer service.

Safe company, because I had a different bill and shipping address they contact me to make sure that I was the person who make a order to the company. The person from flatfair was polite and fast.

Great selections, competitive prices, easy to use ... hopefully the delivery will be as great and timely!

Do not trust this store. The reviews online are completely correct, and I regret going against my instinct. Product received was damaged and defective. Wood table leg edges were damaged. Paint was scratched off. Absolutely did not look like a new product! To top that off, no customer service response whatsoever. Claims that customer must refuse item at delivery. Simply horrible. Do not trust this store!

So far so good! It went smooth. I am pleased.

Customer service was very prompt. The order was packaged well. Overall very happy with the experience.

I purchased my son's bedroom set from Flatfair in June 2015 and I still have not gotten the tent that is part of the bedroom set. I was continuously given the runaround each month. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau for their assistance in getting my product as there is no hope in getting this matter resolved with Flatfair directly.

If they allow you to order and pay for an item it shouldn't take 3 months to get.

Lovely product, but seat leather scratched quickly.

The couch is cheaply made.And The driver when delivering my stuff stated that he would be at my house within a hour. Showed up 2 hours later. I have people waiting to help the whole time.

Great service! Only one problem. .... no tv's on the plane, that's the only problem!

I purchased this bed for my 3 kids. I looked everywhere for bunk beds with a full and that included a trundle. I went from store to store and looked online thru several websites and I am more then sure that I got the best one and best price. It was very easy to set up its very nice in color. My kids love it.

I had ordered a mirror bed and couch from flat fair .. After reading the other bad reviews I saw. I was like oh no! My mirror bed is gonna come cracked of something was gonna happen to the delivery. But everything came looking great and was even shocked that the delivery guy helped me up in my apartment with it. I was diff buy from this place again... Had I hard time getting a hold of costumer serivce a few times. But they always got back to me ... Furnisher is high quality ...love my stuff!!

So after shopping the web for a long time I decided to go with this company to make my purchase. After I got the Loveseat I ordered I was dissatisfied with it. Knowing I would only recieve a portion of my money back, that being stated in the Return policy, I decided to exchage. Their Policy states:
FlatFair Exchange Policy

If an exchange is requested, the original item price 25% restocking fee and both actual shipping fee will be credited toward the new order. Deductions from the credit total will be accounted for any damages resulting from return shipping or unreported defects.



However know one will acknowledge that, and they will not give me my credit. So they are trying to take $550.00 of my money. No one will return my calls as they state they will. I have called and talked to numerous people, and never has Ken the guy they say who is over returns given me a call like they said he would! This is still not figured out. It feels like they are elongating the process to try and rip me off completely. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Product was exactly as advertised. Perfectly packaged and delivered to my condo on the 29th floor! No complaints.

I couldn't be happier with my entire first experience with FlatFair. Until an Internet search led me to a dining room set on their site that I was about to buy elsewhere--for approximately $1,000 MORE than FlatFair's price--I had never heard of them. Because I'm naturally cautious, I did my due diligence researching them before I decided to purchase the furniture from FlatFair.

EVERYTHING about the experience was positive, from the FAST, helpful, pertinent replies to e-mails to the delivery itself, it couldn't have been better. And the price! Absolutely awesome. The exact same furniture for ~$1,000 less than at a very famous 'overstock' site. Amazing.

The next time I'm in the market for anything FlatFair carries, they're going to be my first stop. I highly recommend them.

This company is just awesome they go beyond what you expect.

Beautiful bedroom set, only complaint is the ridiculously expensive shipping and you have to unload it from the semi yourself.

The desk I wanted turned out to be out of stock, so a representative contacted me quickly to give me options. I decided to be put on a waiting list, and flatfair kept me notified of all progress on my order. They were very apologetic about the mistake and took very good care of me from start to finish.
