If I could rate them zero stars, I would. Product was on back order, shipment didn't arrive on scheduled day, customer service is going straight to voicemail.

I have been searching for my daughter a desk and chaur combo. The best price ever. Ill definatley refer my friends and family.

I had read some reviews about the delivery taking weeks.. Well that was not the case for my order it was ready for delivery within 6 business days. They scheduled the appointment with me and were on time with the delivery.

FlatFair has great varieties of furniture and for great low prices look and searched many other places but were too expensive thankful I found this site will recommend to others shipping was reasonable due to that I live in Los Angeles great overall!!!!!! Will definitely order from here again

If I could give less then a star I would, I placed my order on July 20th, shortly after I recieved an email stating my items would be ready in 3-5 business days.. I then messaged flatfair to see if I could arrange delivery instead of the will call I originally had planned for. Upon calling them to discuss delivery options I was told my items were out of stock and it wouldn't be available till August 9 in which I was not to happy about but agreed. I then contacted them via there chat line on August 8th to see what time my furniture was to be delivered the following day only to be told that the manufacture was having issues and the bed rails were not in stock and they could no deliver any of the furniture because it was incomplete. I was told by Joanna that my items would be delivered by that following Thursday again I called to check on the status only to be told they did not know when they would have my items in stock. I told them i needed an exact date as to when I would recieve my furniture or else I would need a refund, I received an email stating my furniture would be delivered tomorrow (Saturday) only to recieve yet another phone call to say that the chest of drawers I ordered was damaged and they have to wait for another one to come in before they send it out to me. This whole process has been a month as of tomorrow, I am very disappointed and should of done more research on this company before making my purchase, their customer service and lack of urgency to fulfill their customers needs are ridiculous. I can only hope the furniture I recieve tomorrow is better quality then the service I have recieved

I was quite skeptical after reading the reviews about all the delivery issues from others but my experience was great! Purchased a 2 choc brown Poundex beds with Trundle for only $140 each!!! The very next day i had an email scheduling the delivery for the weekend. Driver called and showed up on time. I added the white Glove and they built the 2 beds i ordered for price of one.

Great Products and fast and easy checkout.

Order for table placed last week with request for assembly. No response thus far on the order. Several phone messages left with request for call back. Calls to customer service number posted on Flat fair website are not answered.

I checked in as guest first and placed my order.
Then I called the customer service, to see when order is been ready for pick up.
They said, that it will take a week until I get an email with details (A week!!!)
Week has been passed by and still no info about my ordered an already paid(!!!) item!
That really is poor service!

Very nice and easy

I purchased a $1,500.00 sofa and I received it 10 days later, it had multiple defects. I called flat fair and Ken instructed me to take pictures of defects and send an email. I did just that despite the fact that I wanted a replacement or refund. I received an email response offering me $20.00 discount if that would make me happy! What would make me happy is what I payed for or a refund. Called a second time and asked person on the phone for his name and you could actually hear him making up a name.

The items I ordered arrived in great condition. Delivery arrangements and communications with FF could have been better, but it worked out in the end and the actual delivery person was nice. This review is for FF, rather than items I ordered.

Great Prices. After a week, hadn't heard anything about shipment. Queried them as to when delivery would occur. Received a rapid reply and shipment arrived in 2 days.

If I didn't feel compelled to prompt them about delivery in the first place, rating would have been 5 stars.

Anthony California slate& wood console table

These are very nice wooden plant stands. I purchased two of them for displaying art statues. You have to assemble them with 4 screw in legs to the top shelf and then 4 screws attaching a center shelf. The only problem with them was that several of the leg screws were screwed into the legs so far, that there was not enough screw sticking from the legs to screw into the top shelf. I was about to send them back, when I tried some vice grips and found I could unscrew the screws some from out of the legs. This worked fine and I was able to finish the assembly. These are not extremely sturdy stands, but nice looking and work great for my purposes.
