Returns
I wish I had looked more closely at their return policy. The items cannot be returned if package is open, not in original packaging, etc and they charge a restocking fee. The item I purchased was a Christmas gift and was not what they specifically wanted. Now the gift can't be returned. Partly my fault for not checking the return policy but most companies have decent return policies especially for gifts. Won't shop here again.

Didn't have news about my order for 14 days!!!
Don't have words to describe the experience with this website. It's just terrible, disappointing, stressing and annoying. I placed my order 13 days ago and haven't had any updates about it yet. Delivery time of the sofa I bought was supposed to be 1-2 weeks, it's been two weeks and I haven't received the sofa or any information about it!! I'm starting to think they're a scam and I lost my money. Customer service phone never works and they don't reply e-mails. Be careful.

Service is awful. Had an issue with delivery and not being able to be present during delivery from 8am-12pm due to having a job. Flat Fair threatened to charge me if I cancelled the order. Had to take off work to get the delivery. Ken L is the associate that I dealt with. He refused to call me back or email me back. Do not order from these people.

Smooth purchase and great pricing!
Very Bad customer service .
They sold me item , they don't have .So, they try to go through verification of my shipping address and my credit card transaction screenshot . Almost spend one week in to proceess. I did provide them very thing they need . Finally , I received an email that my order has been cancelled because they don't have item . I would not recommend this site to anyone .

The delivery process
The delivery process can be more efficient. For individuals that are occupied (working); a timeframe for delivery should be at least given to the customer one day in advance to either schedule someone to be available for delivery of item(s).
The purchased item is great.
Horrible notifications
Drove 2 hours yesterday to your flatfair facility in El Monte to pick up the bed set that I ordered only to find out that it's not even there and has to be shipped there and was not notified of any of this... I will not be making any further future purchases from you guys..

I saw what I wanted and these guys had the cheapest price. They were even close enough for me to go and pick up and save the $56 delivery fee. Very satisfied.

they take forever to answer emails, and they rarely ever pick up the phone. The product I bought was not functional, and took many hours to put together because of it.

Purchased furniture items on the website which don't actually exist. No one answers the phone when calling customer service and when I did get an email saying the items were no longer available they wouldn't refund my $1000 unless I sent a written request. The person on the phone hardly spoke English and was oviously outside of the country. They also demanded copies of my utility bills which I have no idea why an ecommerce company would need to see my utility bills after my credit card was already charged and funds deducted. Seems like a phony company to me. I hope my credit card company can refund me my $1000.
Bedroom Set Review
I had recently moved and had bought furniture from a number of online sites. My experience with FlatFair was absolutely terrible. I placed a large order for over $1800 on Aug 17 for a bedroom set listed as "In Stock" on the site with an estimated delivery of 1-2 weeks. First I had to provide a copy of utility bills/lease because my shipping and billing address were different. Then a week later, FlatFair informed me it was "Out of Stock" and it would not be shipped until Sep 10. Then on Sep 17, FlatFair informs me that I had to reorder and give my credit card information again because the delay had been so long my original order expired. In other words, more than a month had passed and nothing had even shipped. Throughout this whole time, the customer service offered zero solutions. Every time I checked in, the only response they could give me was "sorry, you just have to wait." This is in contrast to similar delays from other sites I ordered from (such as Overstock.com), where the customer service immediately offered refunds on shipping or upgraded my shipping to next day air. Now that they wasted a months worth of waiting around, I will be ordering from somewhere else to avoid ever having to deal with FlatFair again.

Placing the order
I ordered on-line, it was a little confusing.... When I had to add the shipping address, when the order is a Will Call. Why do I have to add the Shipping Address?
Customer service STINKS
Have to give it a star or it will not let me rate it. Called customer service, never had such a run around in my life. BUYER BEWARE, they take your money and will not deliver furniture unless you can produce a utility bill. Sucks if your utilities are included in your rent. Won't give you to a supervisor, say they are not available and they can not even transfer you!!! Someone has to call you back. WHAT KIND OF BACKWOODS COMPANY IS THIS!!! Must think because I am female, I am also blonde and stupid!!!!
