Even after reading the other reviews after I made my purchase things worked out just great for me. The sofa was exactly what was pictured and I imagined it would look like. They called me to make sure I was available for the delivery date and time. Thumbs UP!

They did not have the product. Just took my order and cancelled it.
I don't understand how a company can advertise something, take your money, then tell you they don't have the product. Obviously this company is some sort of middle man, which in that case they are doing a poor job.

I had to call to get any info. No shipping email. Then there was no delivery window. Just a date. All good.

Order with Confidence! Excellent company.
I was a little hesitant to order a big piece of furniture through an on-line company, however the service I received was even better than those I have received from furniture stores. My dining room table came in perfect condition, the driver was courteous and allowed me to inspect the table before I signed. I received a phone call with a short delivery window which was excellent because I didn't have to wait around all day for a delivery person. I would absolutely order any product without hesitation. This is a reputable business with excellent customer service!
Bad workmanship
I bought a recliner from FlatFair and was happy with it until I saw the stuffing sticking out of the footrest. Ashley Furn. was the manufacturer of the chair. Apparently the material that should go over the stuffing is too short. I e-mailed them, sent pictures and kept in contact with them. FlatFair ending up sending me a piece of foam instead of a longer material sleeve. The customer service was courteous and tried to help, sure wouldn't buy from them again.
Item received did not match picture
I bought a couch on their website. I went to their warehouse that is located in a junkyard. The couch did not match the picture I saw on the website. The color was not clearly described in words or picture. The cushion style was different. When I picked an equally priced sofa for an even exchange they wanted to charge a 25 % restock fee. If you want people to pay large sums of money for a product without physically seeing it then you should have a better return policy. I will share my horrible experience with as many people as I can.

Will take your money and make excuses to not ship
The worst experience I have had buying online EVER in my life. First, they authorized my card then later said it didn't go through due to address mismatch . Fortunately I had an Amex so Amex was able to reverse it immediately but if I had used a debit card I would have waited 5 days for it to drop off ($5000). $5000 is a lot to go without for 5 days for anyone.
I did it again with two separate addresses as they asked and order went through with no errors finally - then these idiots email and say they can't ship the order until I provide proof of address for BOTH the billing and shipping address. Here's what makes them so ridiculously asinine: 1) my billing address is already verified with Amex with AVS, that's why I had to do it a second time to begin with 2) WHO on earth has a utility bill for the shipping address of a furniture order?!!! The shipping address is almost always going to be the NEW place you are not moved into yet, unless you are some crazy person who moves in to your new place, waits a month or two to get your first utility bill; and then goes to order from FlatFair. Worst of all there's no number you can call. Probably have been emailing with some slime in India.

SCAMMERS! POOR SERVICE! BEWARE!
This experience has by far been one of the worst EVER! Horrible service! I ordered an item and was charged TWICE for it. In turn I was met with incompentencies, lack of service, and condescending employees! I have NO PRODUCT and misallocated funds. FLATFAIR & THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE SCAMMERS! They are the worst. DO NOT BUY! You will REGRET IT
Item not Delivered - I waited all day - no status update
I waited all day for a delivery. I was told that the driver would call when he was on his way. He never called. I never received an explanation.

The experience was great and when I called in there was a representative who answered right away and answered all my questions. So far so good now I'm looking forward to see what the product looks like.
