I'm giving 2 stars because the sofa was beautiful but it came to me damaged and when I tried to complain I was never answered or never got a call back until 3 weeks later. then they gave me a $20 refund on a $1700 purchase. Never coming back

I did like the table I bought.

I haven't bought anything from FlatFair, but they emailed me asking for a review. I saved a headboard to a wishlist and reviewed their bed collection extensively. I am very determined when I want to buy new furniture so I probably looked online and in a few local stores for a month before deciding. I found Flatfare's products and prices to be pretty similar to other sites, so I'd only consider buying a piece from them in the future if they had something uniquely sold here, or a really good deal.

I purchased this bad because it was a perfect fit for what I needed for my daughter's room. The room is small, but we wanted to be able to have plenty of space when friends or family stayed overnight. The bed looks very nice once assembled and seems to be of good quality wood. Unfortunately, I was not happy with the shipping company at all. They delivered the bed with 3 damaged boxes. The driver opened the damaged boxes in my driveway so that we could be sure the pieces inside were not damaged. Fortunately, everything was fine except for a small scratch that was on the inside. However, he then got back in his truck to leave. I asked him if they were taking the pallet or anything with them. I understand that curbside service does not include taking away the boxes, however he opened everything all over my driveway and porch and literally pulled out with the packaging blowing across my yard and told me that was my problem now and left. I live in a very rural area, therefore I order a lot of items online. The other companies that I have dealt with previously have been much more professional and ten times more courteous. I realize this is not flatfair's fault, but they may want to survey their customers about their shipping companies. Overall, it was a good experience. Just a note to those looking at this bad, it takes a lot of time to put together, but the instructions are very thorough. Just be sure not to lose any of your Hardware because they give you the exact number of pieces to assemble. Therefore, if you drop a bolt and it falls in your air conditioning register, you cannot put the bed together without fishing it out. LOL

I was doing my online research for bunk beds. I had never heard of Flatfair and was a little skeptical. Turns out. It is everything advertised. Solid wood, solid construction, a very well built bed. Same quality bed that would cost at least double in a retail store. I amber happy with my purchase.

I liked my shopping experience, found exactly what I wanted, a chenille couch and loveseat, but when it came time for delivery, since they basically only sell it to you, they use third party trucking companies, that was not pleasant, I would track my shipment, the day the delivery was supposed to happen, I didn't receive any communication, I looked at tracking, it said it was delivered, how could that be, I wasn't there to receive it. I had to make the phone calls, emails and got a run around. Finally, the last carrier out of Denver told me that the driver was delivering, I was at work, an hour away. No one was going to notify me. I got home and within that hour I see a box truck coming, it was my couch. Well, it all ended the driver being the nicest guy in the world, he dropped the pallet (couch) right by my door, even though he was only supposed to drop it curbside. So, Flatfair, good.....after that, good luck with the trucking companies. Ugh.

I LOVE this bed. My daughter calls it her princess bed. It is very sturdy and excellent quality. Only issue is, it said it didn't need a foundation but it definitely does. I had to go out and buy a box spring because the mattress was sinking in. Was also upset that flat fair didn't honor a discount I found but overall I'm very pleased with my purchase!

I was really hesitant to order because there were no reviews of this product. However, from the pictures it looked like the perfect dining set I had been looking for. I needed a particular color, and this was it! Absolutely love it and glad I took the chance in ordering!

Customer service was extremely difficult to deal with regarding a return/exchange. I had to be the one to initiate everything, including following up on payment in a timely manner. I felt like they did not care if I actually got the product I wanted, because they had already gotten their money from me. They use an outside shipping company that apparently does not talk to them (or its own drivers) to coordinate convenient delivery. All in all, I would not order from them again; the experience was a huge headache and we are just glad that it is over.

While most other sites of this type offer free shipping, the lower price of FlatFair available products still made it the lower cost option in the long run.

I loved the costumer service but my table is damage on the side. I felt it would have been a hassle to try and exchange it so i will somehow have to get it repaired

Furniture is not the greatest quality , for what we paid , I expected better. Durability is bad, all ready in such a short time , one side is bent , with no way to tightening it to keep it from being bent nor loose.

I love my sofa and chairs but customer service is NOT good and it took 3 weeks for my furniture to come in 😔

I had a great experience in purchasing my couches from FlatFair. They look great, the price was great. They came quickly with no damage. The team was great....it was a great experience from beginning to end!!
