Get sent opposite from what im…
I get sent the opposite from what im looking for or the price is way above my budget or not in the locations im interested in. Ive also requested 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms you have been sending me either 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom or 5 or 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Ive requested a detached villa why im i been sent apts, townhouses or semi detached villas? Also price you send me is either way above or below my budget. Your site needs updating.

Property alerts are based on the filters selected when the alert was created, so it may help to run a fresh search with your exact requirements (location, budget, bedrooms, bathrooms, property type) and then click “Create alert” again. This usually fixes issues where the system sends results outside your criteria.

Agents regularly fail to reply to requests for further details or viewing and a significant number of properties listed on the portal have been sold, sometimes many months before, and the portal has not been updated.

On Kyero, agents are expected to respond within two business days, and we rely on them to keep their listings updated. When they don’t, it affects your search - and we want to put that right. If you’re able to share the property links with us at help@kyero.com, we’ll follow up directly with the agents.
If you spot properties that seem sold or outdated, you can also use the Property Error form on each listing so we can investigate quickly.

Every time I enquire about a property I am told it is now sold. How do you get anywhere if the dealer is putting the house on when it has already been sold

Just to explain, the listings on Kyero are managed directly by the independent agents, and we rely on them to keep everything up to date. Sometimes properties don’t get marked as sold - and therefore removed - quickly enough, and we understand how disappointing that can be.
If you spot any listings that seem out of date, you can use the Property Error link on the property page to flag it, and we’ll follow up with the agent right away. And if you’d like us to look into specific properties for you, feel free to email us at help@kyero.com

Great database but average map and search engine
I am a fan of Kyero become of it’s up to date property database. But, the new map function and search engine functionality is average to poor. The new Maps promised to be an upgrade to the old one and it’s not.

Publicamos dos pisos de alta categoría en Barcelona, con buenas fotos y descripciones cuidadas. Propiedades de más de 500 mil y 1 millón de euros. No recibimos ni un solo lead en 3 meses. NI UNO. La plataforma promete alcance internacional, pero al menos en Barcelona no funcionó. Si estás pensando en publicar aquí, es probable que solo pierdas tiempo y dinero. No lo recomiendo.

Dicho esto, nos gustaría aportar un poco de contexto para aclarar algunos puntos:
- Tipo de anuncios: Varias de las propiedades publicadas son actualmente renders o proyectos en fase de reforma. Como sabrán, siendo profesionales del sector, este tipo de anuncios suelen generar menos interés entre los compradores internacionales, que priorizan viviendas listas para visitar o habitar.
- Cartera limitada: Su agencia cuenta actualmente con solo dos anuncios en Barcelona, una de las zonas más competitivas, con decenas de miles de propiedades activas. Con un número tan reducido de anuncios, es naturalmente más difícil obtener un alto nivel de visibilidad.
- Actualización de la cartera: Desde que se unieron a Kyero no se han añadido ni actualizado nuevos anuncios. Esto hace que los usuarios vean repetidamente las mismas dos propiedades, lo que limita las oportunidades de interacción.
Esperamos que este contexto ayude a explicar mejor la situación. Aun así, agradecemos mucho su comentario y seguiremos trabajando para mejorar nuestra plataforma y la experiencia de todos nuestros agentes.

The problem stemmed from the agent
The problem stemmed from the agent. She was polite via email, just polite, not particularly helpful and willing. However, on the phone she was incredibly rude from the very first second and even tried to mislead us by giving us false information about legal matters.
It was an unpleasant and strange situation, as if she simply didn't want anything to do with us.
Fortunately, everything has gone wonderfully since then with another real estate agency and we are now happily in this house.
