Wij zijn al een tijdje aan het zoeken naar een huur appartement in Frankrijk, Bretagne. We hebben verschillende appartementen gevonden en daarop gereageerd met dat we graag meer informatie willen en dat we geïnteresseerd zijn. Maar tot op heden nog geen enkele reactie terugontvangen. Zeer teleurstellend en frustrerend.

You can easily create a new alert with your exact criteria... for example, go into the desired location search, from filters select commercial property, 1 bed, 1 bath, and click 'create alert' in the top right of your screen. This will ensure you only receive relevant results going forward and you can select more filters (e.g. price). A Great Platform, But Vet the Agencies Carefully
I've been using Kyero to search for properties and have found the website itself to be excellent. It is visually appealing, very easy to navigate, and offers a good number of new property listings every week. The ability to contact agencies directly through their forms is a key feature that makes the process straightforward.
However, my experience has highlighted a couple of significant areas for improvement, primarily concerning the agencies on the platform rather than the website itself.
1. Communication and Accountability: The most considerable challenge is the inconsistent communication from some agencies. There have been multiple instances where inquiries have gone completely unanswered. It would be greatly beneficial if Kyero took a more active role in vetting its partner agencies for responsiveness. For a high-value transaction like property purchase, prompt and professional communication is not a luxury, but a necessity.
Personally: agencies that employ silence or delayed responses are immediately eliminated from consideration.
2. Property Transparency: There can be a slight lack of clarity regarding certain property details. Specifically, more precise information on the exact location and the current status of a property—whether it is ready to move in, under construction, or still in the planning phase—would be incredibly helpful for making informed decisions.
These criticisms are directed at the less reliable agencies and developers on the platform, as Kyero itself provides a very good service.
Final Verdict:
While the Kyero platform is top-tier and deserves 5 stars for its functionality and property selection, I am rating it 4 stars to reflect the critical need for better oversight of the agencies listed. My hope is that Kyero will focus more on protecting and empowering the buyers, as we are ultimately the ones driving the market that supports everyone else.
