I had to exchange the size of bed I ordered and it was easy and new size was delivered and perfect. our dog loves it.

I have bought 6 of your cot beds, and my dogs and I love them. They are sturdy enough for my 80-pound
German Shepherds, even after 2 months of them sleeping and playing on them.

I love the Kuranda dog beds! I've never had any trouble with them and been using them at least 9 years now. Very durable!

I have a Dog (Shit-Tzu) and a Cat (Shalupae')...they both like the bed!! A little challenging to put it together!! Maybe it would have helped had I had another person helping me! All in all, very satisfied with the bed, thank you!!

Christian pulled our previous purchases to the Daphne Animal Shelter, Daphne, Alabama & processed our new purchase in the honor of Albert Corte, Jr. DVM our veterinarian who passed away July 4,2025 at the age of 84. Excellent service from our go to company Kuranda. 15 + years as owners of Kuranda Dog Beds.

I had made a mistake in the frame I ordered and when I spoke with the customer service agent not only did he already know about my situation (he had reviewed the email I sent) but he already had a plan in place to call me at a time that he felt would be more convenient since I live in AZ not on the east coast. When I called early this morning he got the message I had left and called me back soon after. He had already paused my mistake order and made the correction to allow me to get the right product without having to deal with waiting for my original order and deal with a return. He was awesome and made my experience a 10/10 thank you and I look forward to receiving my order.

I've never actually seen the beds but I've sent out many of them to animal shelters over the last couple years. Kuranda notifies me when the ship & they're received at the shelter. Once I made a mistake on an order & Kuranda fixed my mistake right away. I'll keep ordering.

We have 3 Labs and 6 beds -- all 3 Labs like to get on their beds either in their kennels or around the family room. Purchased aluminum versions so the youngest did not try to chew. Have covers which work great.
I recommend the beds to others.

Christian told me that the "oatmeal" type of fabric for the dog bed is easier to clean than the type I chose on a previous order. I appreciate that because it can perhaps make the helpers jobs a little easier which is really on my heart!

I spoke with Sandi today regarding a change to my order. Phone call was quick and friendly with a very easy resolution to my request. I've bought four beds dating back to 2009 and this is hands-down the best pet company. I wish these nice folks nothing but the best and will continue to support them any chance I get.

Well one person not happy that is my little rotty. He has destroyed 3 beds already. I picked this bed directly from the suppliers house who was very helpful and offered loads of advice. Does exactly as stated very strong and chew proof frame for obvious reasons. The tarp is so strong my rotty can’t get through it. May seem expensive but in long run gonna save me a small fortune in dog beds.

Great beds and great costumer service. I highly recommend buying their dog beds if you pup is a chewer and has the tendency of destroying beds.
