The bed was so simple to put together, yet it is tough! I love it and so does my Maggie!

It is my dog's favorite place to stay, and all his toys are around the cot or on it. It is the perfect height, perfect width and it was delivered in a pretty speedy amount of time!

I ordered this bed a while ago for a now 18 month old pup with a bad leg. For the longest time he would not use it and then... all of a sudden... it is the IT piece of furniture. I learned about these beds from a shelter where I volunteered. Kai is off the ground outside and sprawls out comfortable. Don't have to worry about him getting stiff from being on the ground.

Customer service was top notch. I had a minor issue with an item in my order and they sent out a replacement item within two days. You don't see that kind of customer service anymore, I was very pleased with my experience.

I made mistake while ordering a bed for dachshunds puppy and ordered a bed with standard legs. Realizing that the bed will be to high for the dachshund's cherished back I emailed asking for the solution. My problem was resolved quickly and efficiently!

First, I had trouble assembling the bed. I contacted Kuranda and they sent me a fully assembled bed within a couple of days. Plus, my dogs love the bed.

We bought this bed to keep our Nini off the cold floor. She took to it immediately and now cuddles in it. It was easy to put together after reading the instructions. We also saw a video on putting it together on YouTube.

Kuranda makes a great product and their beds are the only ones we use in our dog boarding facilities. I probably own around 200 of them in various sizes. We've never had an issue with them. They responded appropriately with a remedy to a recent incomplete shipment. However, as we were on the threshold of a busy holiday weekend, a lack of urgency in delivering those missing parts was disappointing.

A well made product… quality material, and easy to assemble…

They are fast and efficient. The beds are easy enough to put together as well and they come with a one year warranty. I can speak from experience that Kuranda honors that warranty. I feel secure making future purchases from them knowing that their customer service team will be there to assist me should there be any issues. This is a trustworthy brand that is also affordable. That's not an easy combo to find.

Beth and Charles are amazing. I have been buying Kuranda dog beds for about 10 years - some for personal use, and some to donate to my local Bulldog clubs - and anytime I have a question or concern, I get an immediate response and resolution. Plus, their products are very durable. They have been Bulldog-tested and approved!

I have been waiting to purchase the bolster bed plus pad for I think a year or two, and when I finally got an email they were back in stock I ordered immediately. I had salvaged her bed pad as she only chewed off one of the elastics off while waiting for the whole set to come back. I was so happy when I opened the box and saw that the bolster was the same material as before, soft but cool. But the bed pad had changed material…both sides now were like a fleece material where as before once side was fleece and the other like a faux suede material same as the bolster. Having a double coat dog she loved the faux suede side as it was much cooler. Now that they are the same on both sides she doesn’t lay in it for as long as before. Wish they would have mentioned that change in the description. But she loves the bolster and use it as a pillow so I’m happy with that.

The webpage was informative and easy to order. My purchase was processed promptly and shipping timely. The assembly was doable, and my dogs are learning "mat" rather well; I think they like the beds as well!

Caroline at Kuranda responded to me quickly on 2 recent occasions and resolved my concerns each time in an efficient and a friendly manner. I couldn't have asked for better!
