The beds themselves are without equal but my customer service/shipping experience was sub-par. Agents did not check in with me with updates about my order (which took well beyond the expected shipping date to even be pulled in the first place--and which seemed, in fact, only to happen at my specific insistence) after repeated appeals to do so.

Our new beds PVC corners have already cracked.

Really great beds but I hate putting them together. They never go together easily. I am a sweating and swearing mess by the time I’m done. I have bought 11 beds and I’m not buying anymore.

Tough Beds might be shopping for one more. Great Quality 👍

Purchased a Chew Proof Aluminum Dog Bed, 44x27,
Heavy Duty Vinyl (40 oz. Vinyl) September 2025.

Our Doberman (55 lb.) began enthusiastically using the bed from day one. She previously slept on a denim-covered foam mattress.

The Kuranda bed is sturdy, well finished with no sharp edges. Assembly was straightforward and took about 15 minutes. The bed is light enough to easily move around the house.

Feel we got the quality we paid for.

I was having trouble with Gus, my 22-month-old Golden Retriever puppy tearing up what ever I put in his pin for a bed until I checked with the kennel he goes to for day care and what they use which is Kuranda. He loves it and it’s basically indestructible and he doesn’t try to chew on it. Thank you!

I bought the Aluminum Dog Bed several years ago and just recently added the Bolster and Pillow Pad. It adds some extra cushion and comfort that my dog loves for napping. Thank you for making quality products!

I had big issues with the first Kuranda cat tower I received (I bought an 8-nest cat tower), but if you send a message to Beth Klein (Director of Marketing) to explain the problem(s) you are facing, you will get complete satisfaction at the end. On the first cat tower I purchased, the holes in the rails were not aligning properly with the holes in the corners so it was impossible to assemble the tower. Not only Beth promptly got back to me, but after talking to her production manager, she recognized that the issues were coming from their side, and she made sure that another cat tower was sent to me in a record time. I also did not have to return the first tower I received (which is impossible to mount anyway). Regarding the tower itself, I believe it is of good quality and sturdy. It can be a little bit cumbersome to assemble, but overall, I am very happy with my purchase and the help I received from Kuranda. Now, I have to get my cats to abandon their horrible and very messy carpeted cat trees, as they will all be replaced by a Kuranda cat tower within the next few months!

Kuranda beds are awesome!!! When I worked with an organization finding homes for shelter cats and dogs, Kuranda saved us a lot of hassle. Not only are the beds super easy to clean but the dogs absolutely LOVED them. All it took was a cozy blanket or plush towel and most of them would almost instantly start napping. The beds are elevated just enough to suspend your furry friend above ground, but not too much so that even the stubby little-legged dachshunds had no problems getting on or off. I love all the efforts Kuranda puts into helping homeless animals as well. You rock!!!

Very responsive to my problem with assembly. They immediately shipped me a new bed. I love the bed for my dogs. They do too. Form follows function beautifully.

Delivery was quick and the beds are sturdy.

I had an issue putting together my Kuranda bed so I contacted Charles this morning and explained the situation. I took a few pictures and made measurements that I sent to him directly. He was able to identify the problem and send me a replacement piece right away. This was incredible customer service! I’m so happy to be a customer for such a great company!

These beds are made to last. I have had my original beds for maybe 5 years now. They have withstood at least 12 dogs and numerous puppies. Still Going strong!
