Do not order fresh vegetables as they get damaged on transit.
Sadly the goods were on time but delivered next door and I received it in the evening. All good except for the 'Tomatoes', few were crushed and rendered useless.

✨ Thank you for your review! ✨
We’re really sorry to hear about the issue with the crushed tomatoes 🍅.
We always give extra care when packing our fresh vegetables 🥕🌽🥦, and we understand how disappointing it is when they don’t arrive in perfect condition. 😔
While we’re glad your order arrived on time ⏰, we’re working closely with our delivery partners 🚚 to improve handling and reduce the risk of damage during transit. 🛍️📦

Dear Valued Customer Adel Alayli 🌟
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re sincerely sorry to hear about the issues you’ve faced with your order.
Regarding your case, we contacted the delivery service to investigate. They confirmed that an attempt to deliver was made on 03/01/2025 at 12:54 PM, but the door at the provided address was closed, and no one was available to receive the parcel. As a result, the parcel was returned to the relevant depot. However, on 06/01/2025 at 10:38:10 AM, the parcel was successfully delivered.
For your next order, we will ensure to use a different delivery service to avoid delays and to strictly follow your delivery instructions, including leaving the parcel at the front desk if you’re not available.
We truly apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience during this process. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we’re committed to making this right for you.
