No Assembly Instructions
I am trying to get assembly instructions for an older model unit so that I can put it together safely for my child.
Their email support are saying that they have never sold this model although their branding is on it and there are multiple pictures of it on their Facebook.
No response to messages on Facebook, no answer to any phone call and email support that will not help.
I would avoid if you want to be able to use their equipment safely with children as they will not support you.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been when all you wanted was to assemble your unit safely for your child.
To clarify, the reason for the confusion is that the product is an older model (and was discontinued over 7 years ago) which we no longer sell, and unfortunately our support team initially didn’t recognise it. We’ve already replied to you via email and Facebook to confirm that while we don’t currently have the instructions on file, we are actively checking our archives and will share them with you if we’re able to locate a copy.
We truly value your patience, and although this is an older product, our aim is always to help where we can.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we’ll use this as an opportunity to improve how we handle requests for legacy products.

When ordering the nursing chairs I told customer care that I was away until the 5th of June and was told that that would be fine and they would sort out the delivery for that date, I received updates from the carrier it was being dispatched, so again I contacted customer care no response, then carrier contacted me with a delivery date of 27/5, again I contacted customer care again no response, so I had to contact my son who had to take the day off work losing a days pay to be at my house for the delivery, so no I’m not really happy. Excellent service from the company after ParcelForce delivered the package to the wrong address and then failed to recover it. A replacement was quickly dispatched and thankfully arrived safely. Cannot fault Emma and the customer care team for their help and support!

Price good - product excellent
Price good and the product is excellent. delivery could perhaps be a bit quicker - we are spoiled these days with next-day everything. But not really a major issue. Would not hesitate to buy from them again

Grandson loves it
I bought this for me grandson who is just 2. He loves playing with his diggers on it with a pile of play sand. The cover is very handy for covering the sand.

We love our Kub chair
We absolutely love our reclining slider and stool, it did great service after our first child was born so when getting it out again for our second one I was more than annoyed to find I found that I'd damaged it slightly, bending the stud that holds the armrest on.
The Kub team were brilliant in providing new ones, their communications were always clear and exceptionally supportive.
I'll be more careful packing it away again when the time comes - although it's such a great thing too sit in that I'll be putting that day off as long as I possibly can.
