I've worn these bibs on about 8 rides of 8 hours or more and one ride of 15 hours. They just work. The fabric is soft and the overall fit and compression is spot on. They breathe as well as any bibs I have worn. The chamois is the best I have tried (I have tried many over the past 20 years). It doesn't move and the padding is firm, but still soft. The bibs are well priced for what they are.

Tried on a short sleeve jersey at launch and purchased later. Fit is flattering and excellent. Get lots of positive complements when wearing it. Love the fact that the artist is featured and acknowledged on the kit. Would recommend. Looking forward to seeing other items and Edit3.

The BEST kit I’ve ever worn! The bib shorts are better than any other brands I’ve worn (assos, rapha, etc.) even on the longest and hottest rides, and the quality of the base layers and jerseys is even better. Attention to detail and design in all the features is amazing- and the double pockets in the jersey - genius! The ordering experience was easy and delivery really quick - packaging also felt premium. I definitely know where all my kit will come from now on.

Kostume bibs are oh the highest quality and the most comfortable bibs I ever had, specially on long rides!

I bought a pair of Kostume's bib shorts, which have proved extremely comfortable on long rides. The fabric, cut, and pad are superb. No more shifting on the saddle to try to get comfy as the day wears on...
Kostume's cycling cap is also very comfy and is a secure but non-constricting fit on my massive bonce

Bibs ooze quality and have been thoroughly tested on UK and (not the greatest) international roads on a recent 10day tour. Incredibly comfortable throughout - like a second skin.

Copied below are two emails I sent to Ed after receiving the bibs and after a long weekend using them:

"I just received the bibs and jersey today and tried them on. It shouldn't surprise me because my measurements correspond exactly with your recommendation for size M, but these bibs and the jersey are astonishingly well fitting for me. It's like they were tailored for me. Even the leg length is perfect for my 93 cm inseam, and I appreciate that the bib straps are nice and stretchy because my torso is also taller than your average M. The only thing which I was a tiny bit worried about was how tight the bibs are on my legs - I'm no quadzilla but I think I just have to get used to pulling them up until and letting them sit snugly. The workmanship and materials are really second to none.

I've got two big days in the alps to look forward to this weekend and I'm looking forward to rocking this fantastic kit."

"Quick followup: The bibs and the shorts were 10/10. They held up extremely well over 2 long days in the alps (150 km, 3500m and 180 km, 3200 m). Absolutely no discomfort whatsoever, worked fantastic in hot conditions and also down to the low single digits climbing the Stelvio pass. My one and only suggestion, and I don't know if this is addressed in your upcoming V2, would be to have one single full-width mesh pocket, just because I like stowing extra clothing there (gilet, rain coat) without having to necessarily roll it up perfectly before shoving it in there."

Good quality nice light materials and a good fit

Great sizing info and very good and personal customer service- and the kit is the best I’ve ever worn- and I’ve worn many many brands of cycling wear and the attention to detail and material selection is amazing. The bib shorts literally disappear and offer comfort for all day riding. The fact that it’s a more sustainable model is a massive draw for me. And on a final note, when my mum saw pics of me in the edit001 kit in a cycling holiday to the Alps she said it’s the nicest looking kit amongst the group. And she is the worlds’ toughest critic 😂

Great shorts, bought 2 pairs. Very comfortable for long distance events. Used for 1200km in 4 days on PBP, with no ill effects.

Really well made bib shorts and the comfiest shorts I've ever had. Just about to order another pair. And I like the company ethos of not making too many in a batch. Keeps wastage to a minimum.

They are simply the most comfortable bibs I've ever worn and I quickly ordered another pair - so quickly Ed was concerned I'd damaged the first!
