Love the jumper, and quick response from the vendor (I had to exchange size).
Just be mindful that if you need to exchange size you will need to pay for the return shipping, and original shipping cost is not refunded, so you end up paying shipping costs twice.

I’ve bought so many beautiful items from them and have never been disappointed. Quality in both the make and the design in every piece and always comfortable and practical. They have good ethical values in practice and reward their regular customers with occasional discounts. Great stuff.

Waiting extremely long for an item that was already sold out
I ordered 2 pairs of Komodo trousers (different styles) via Ivalo.com platform. Was expecting news regarding the shipment but heard nothing from Komodo the brand until 3 weeks later when I was informed that the other pair had been sold out. After this another 10 days went by with no news regarding the other pair. At this point (having exchanged several messages with Ivalo.com) I got fed up and wanted to cancel my order altogether. A few days later it turned out this was no longer possible as the package had shipped already. For some reason Komodo just hadn't notified Ivalo.com nor me although they should have. 40 days after placing my order I finally received this pair of trousers I didn't want any longer. It doesn't fit me either. Now I plan to return it and pay for it.
I am very disappointed with the poor communication and unreasonably long wait. Many styles of Komodo clothes look nice to me and I appreciate their ethical principles. But so many things went wrong with my order and communication that I pretty sure this was the last time I buy from Komodo.

I'm sorry to hear you had such a bad experience buying from us on this occassion.
I remember your order and the issue with out of stock item.
The delay in communication was because IVALO did not reach out to you. We are not allowed to contact customers of dropship partner sites directly - and so we were waiting for them to contact you about the issue. This is unusal because IVALO customer service team are usually excellent.
Did you contact IVALO to ask about compensation for the poor experience you had related to this order?
