Zero stars. They lied about shipping and productions times and I have not received my package that I ordered weeks and weeks ago. It was a gift. They are terrible, never use them.

Bitte dort nicht bestellen. Ware kommt aus Asien oder Timbuktu. Das dauert und ich bin gespannt ob ich meie Express Vergütung zumindest wieder bekomme. Hätte vorher die Bewertungen prüfen müssen. Von mir gibt's ein no go sorrry.

FB Scam!

Ordered a Mother’s Day gift of custom painted vase /flowers. Collected money right away and said item would ship in 5-8 business days. After 12 days, no tracking or item.
Requested a refund and they kept saying their policy is no refund after 24hrs. I am disputing with PayPal to get my money back.

I ordered a sweatshirt of my dog to honor her memory. She was a brown chihuahua with long fur. Tell me why they used orange thread. And on top of that, there is barely any details like you would see here on the website. Save your money. Go to someone you know and trust. They tried to offer me 20% back of my money, when I told them no and that I wanted a full refund, they told me they could give me 30% refund and a 35% discount on a future product as if I would purchase from them again. Then when they finally said that they would give me the full refund, they told me I had to pay for shipping even though I already paid for the shipping to get to me. Not only that but the stitching is smaller than the images displayed and their hoodies runs small.

Same with me. Did not get my product

Ordered a personalised mother day gift for my wife the “moon phase” no replies no contact nothing been 4 weeks. Have filed legal action through my bank

SCAM SERVICE. Will promise you “quick shipping” and will claim they have too many orders. Once its too late they pull a 3-option refund saying you won’t be refunded any shipping or fee’s you paid. THIS IS A SCAM!

Filing a bank claim soon, if you ordered from here get your refund immediately & purchase somewhere else.

Absolute scam. Please stay away I can’t believe a business would actually prey on people trying to buy gifts for their mother :(

Paid $3.99 for a "premium gift bag" that looked like it was fished out of the trash. It was folded in half to be shipped and had actual literal tears at the top as well, not to mention creases. The lamp I ordered had unsanded wood as well as visible wood glue, and the 'base' was totally unattached. Beyond different from what was described and ordered. I can't belive I paid $175 for something I wouldn't have paid $40 for if I could have seen it in the store

Bought my wife 4 moon lamp with my children name and date birth . No reply. 2 weeks later still not received my product £55 gone. Couple days to her birthday and know gotta rush to find something gutted

Like many others I would give this 0 stars if I could! Absolute terrible company! I ordered a vase for my mother in law with personalised flowers and names of children/grandchildren.

Unlike many others, mine did arrive and only 2 days after the stated date however the quality was TERRIBLE! The vase was so small and the writing was blurred. This vase may I add cost over £40!!! It wasn’t even worth 40p! To make matters worse, they printed my little boys name twice in the grandchildren part instead of once and my little girl’s name so I could not even give my mother in law the vase as it was incorrect (and to be quite frank embarrassing as the quality was so bad)

I emailed to complain, sent a screenshot of the incorrect names on the vase and the confirmation showing I had not asked for one name twice. After a month I still had no reply. I sent another email and stated I would be going to Trading standards which prompted a reply offering me a 10% refund! I was in complete shock! Their error, a present I could not use and they want to give me 10%. After some back and forth they offered a replacement which I again declined. Not only was the quality terrible and I would never want anything from this company, I had told them it was for Mother’s Day so why would I want it now?

Finally I have now been offered a refund if I send the vase back. More than happy to send the pile of rubbish back but have told them they need to pay for recorded delivery as I do not trust them to actually refund and claim they did not receive the vase! I have an appointment with Trading Standards tomorrow so hoping to seek some advice!

Do not order. They are a scam company and their products are worse quality than you’d find in the £1 shop!!!

Erstmal hat es viel länger mit dem Versand gedauert als online angezeigt.
Außerdem ist die Qualität extrem schlecht und man kann die Namen kaum lesen. Da sind auch kleine Knubbel, also wirklich nicht das Geld wert. Es sieht auf den Bildern im Internet viel besser aus, das grenzt schon an Betrug. Die Größe der Vase ist anhand der Beispielbilder ebenfalls irreführend.

Same story as soon many people on here. Bought a Mothers Day present well in advance. Nothing came. They refused to give me a refund repeatedly. So don't go near them, they are scammers.

Disgusting company! Their products are dreadful and do not match the pictures.

All their pictures are stolen from other websites. Don’t buy from this scam site

I'd honestly give them no stars if could, placed an order and paid for quick delivery, no item 2 weeks later, I've emailed them twice and no reply and the tracking number they supplied doesn't even work!!
Avoid, avoid AVOID, absolute con, have lost £70 and not best pleased!

After purchasing I received an email confirming the order but the cost stated was not the amount paid, it didn't include the expedited (3 day) delivery charge I had paid. That should have been the first warning...
No email or notification of any kind for days. I emailed them but got no response. Online tracking didn't work. Then 2 weeks later I get an email saying the tracking has been updated.
Item arrived a week later.
Quality is horrendous. A light up perspex sheet with so much blurring, stray 'paint', scratches and damage with greasy marks across the whole thing. Not worth the cost of delivery.
Total scam of a company and I will never use them again for any reason.

Do not order from this company, ordered a Mother’s Day gift 2 weeks before Mother’s Day, paid for expedited delivery and it arrived 2 weeks after Mother’s Day.

When it did arrive, the quality was so low against the cost of the item that I felt like I’d be physically stolen from.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCUM!
Ordered a frame a week before Mother’s Day and it’s still not here! All I’ve had back is a couple of dodgy emails saying click this link for tracking and when you click on it the tracking number they provide does not exist! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE AS ITS A SCAM
