I wish I had read the reviews before spending money it’s an absolute joke such a scam the item I bought was printed on to a piece of grainy wood and must have been put together by a small child avoiding this company would be the best thing I could say as they want you to pay to return the item

Wish I could give a zero star do not order from this company. What you see in the ad is not what you get what you will receive is vastly different along with sloppy work and stained items. They will refuse to give all your money back unless you return the item and shipping as well over $100 they know what they are doing buyer beware

Ordered a customised wooden cook book and it arrived damaged. I contacted customer services and they responded within a day. I explained that the cover was broken and I would like to either replace the cover or get a refund. They then offered me a 20% discount but I explained that the book was damaged and useless like that. After that email they ignored me so I contacted paypal. They responded immediately then and offered me a 30% discount. Again I explained its not worth anything broken. They offered me then 40% discount. I could see the conversation was going nowhere so I flagged it to paypal. Luckily paypal refunded me.

All I was after was what I paid for. Nothing more.

After weeks of back and forth communication they did send me out a new cover but the second cover arrived without the clips to put the pages in. So again it's useless. How can a business be so incompetent. I do not recommend buying anything from this website.

Just wish I could give a 0 star rating, absolute scum bags!! Please don’t trust this merchant, they will take your money and tell you lies that your order is on its way. But unfortunately the order the never arrives. Daylight robbery and there’s nothing you can do about!!

The item took 3 months to arrive so missed my anniversary. When it did arrive it was a cheap tacky piece of crap. They then offered only a 30% refund even though the item went straight in the bin.

I have just read others reviews and completely agree, I would give 0 stars. Do not use this company! I ordered a gift in plenty of time for Mother’s Day. It did not arrive in time frame given and I am still waiting. It took 4 days to get an email reply after emailing each day, to be told ‘sorry for the long wait. Your order has been shipped and this is the tracking number’. This gives no further information other than it has been shipped but no indication of when I get my item.
I never write reviews but this company’s customer service is shocking. I will be telling everyone, never to use Kollia!

Do not buy anything from them if you need your items by a certain date!
My son bought matching hoodies for himself and his partner. He paid extra for faster delivery. We calculated the latest date for arrival would be February 11th. Well the items didn’t arrive so I contacted them on my son’s behalf and ,
Never an apology, just a ‘we will let you know when the items ship’. Then randomly one of them arrived on the 27th. But just one ! I contacted them again and basically emails back and forth. They eventually said they would refund him $10 ( items cost $179 total) and the second one arrived March 26th! Over a month after it was meant to.

I recently bought a belt from Kollia, and I have to say, I'm quite disappointed. The belt arrived in a different color than what I ordered, the engraving was barely visible, and there were several defects that weren't mentioned in the description, highlighting a clear lack of quality control.

Moreover, the product didn't function as advertised. I had high expectations based on the promotional material, but it simply didn't deliver in terms of functionality and durability. When I sought a full refund, customer service was unresponsive, and it took way too long for me to get any help regarding my issues. In order to return the product you have to pay your own shipping and send it to China.

Overall, my experience with this product has been frustrating and disappointing. I would recommend that potential buyers reconsider before purchasing from Kollia.

Ordered a couple of items. Expedited shipping etc. Items didn't arrive on time, track order shows the items are still in production, not even shipped. Disappointed not to have read all these warnings before placing an order , I doubt these items will ever arrive.

0 stars - scam company, don't order. Order doesn't arrive, their customer service doesn't make sense.

Terrible customer service. When the product arrived it looks cheap and tacky- certainly not a Mothers Day gift I’ll be giving.

Nachdem man nicht mal an die auf der Website angegebene Service-Adresse Beschwerden schicken kann, bewerte ich den Shop hier als absoluten Müll.

Unsere Hündin ist verstorben und ich habe meinem Mann einen Pullover schenken wollen. Unser Hund sieht auf der Stickung aus wie ein Witz... das Foto war deutlich und perfekt um davon eine Stickerei zu erstellen. Unfassbar und leider auch sehr traurig.

Würde woanders bestellen und nie wieder bei Kollia.

Auf keinen Fall bestellen! Ich habe Anfang Februar einen personalisierten Blumentopf bestellt. Die Ware 50,70 habe ich per Kreditkarte bezahlt und wurde sofort auf meinem Konto belastet. Die Ware sollte spätestens nach 10 Tagen geliefert werden. Nun sind 6 Wochen vergangen. Die Ware habe ich nicht und das Unternehmen reagiert nicht auf meine Emails.

After consistently contacting them and after paying express shipping they sent the item 15 days later. Then when it arrived it was the wrong item.

They offered 15% refund and keep the item. I did not want it, was told I would have to pay for its return to get a full refund. It would cost more to ship than the refund would have been. $120 as they only will accept returns from 1 expensive company.

They refuse to compensate 100% and pay for the return
Again I was sent something completely different to what I ordered and I am unable to use the item sent. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ich hatte eine gravierte Porzellan-Vase bestellt. Insgesamt hat es von Bestellung bis Erhalt 5-6 Wochen gedauert. Soviel Zeit sollte man einplanen. Auf dem Bild sah die Vase wesentlich größer aus Krug-Größe. Erhalten habe ich Trinkglas-Größe. Habe ich vielleicht aber auch bei der Bestellung nicht drauf geachtet. Da das Unternehmen so schlechte Rezensionen hat, würde ich hier nicht nochmal bestellen. Aber ich kann nicht sagen, dass seitens der Firma auf mich bezogen etwas schieflief.
