Why did they just send me something for tracking my purchase and it’s been shipped. It’s basically been a month. I know I’m not going to get my money back or the product. I truly wish there was a way that we can get our money. TOTAL FRIGGIN SCAM ADVERTISED ON SNAP CHAT. SEEMS LIKE SNAP CHAT IS ALLOWING THIS ON THEIR PLATFORM. MAYBE A LAWSUIT IS IN ORDER🤔

I ordered a gift for Mother's Day. When it didn't ship timely I reached out to the company as I had paid 3-4 day expedited shipping. I was told that they had more orders than anticipated and to wait patiently. It has now been 3 weeks and I have not received my item. I was told they would refund me part of my shipping fee but that has not happened either. The only way to contact the company is through email and their response time is 48 hrs with little acknowledgement or remedy.

Ordered glass flowers for mothers day this is our communication. On my invoice it says Hi,your order is coming soon! Expect it within 3-15 days. We make everything to order, so check our shipping policy for more details. And its been "in production " since april 22nd 2025

It is now May 21st almost an entire month from my order, I see the item still says "in production " and nothings happened since our last communication. I will be leaving reviews everywhere warning everyone of this scam. And if this is not a scam it's very poor customer service and way to run a business. I have opened the dispute with discover.

Absolute waste of my time & money - complete scam, do not buy off them!
No product received, no tracking, next to no responses to enquiries. Paid for EXTRA fast dispatch, absolute scam - DO NOT BUY or get sucked in by this company

Order never shipped after over 3 weeks. Customer service will not respond to emails. Consider this vendor a scam. I am disputing the charges through the credit card company.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Item took weeks longer to receive than stated on the website. The item is tiny and completely useless. A vase with an opening so small it can barely hold one flower. The vase itself is cheap and not even painted. The personalization is so small it can barely be read. Not only all of this but the website is misleading, showing pictures of the glass flowers included with the vase, which is false advertising. I attempted to cancel my order within hours of placing it and I was told three days later that my order was "already in production" and couldn't be canceled. Fair warning, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Go to Etsy

Took a month and never got my product. made a dispute and Kollia claimed it was delivered, dispute closed in their favor. I had to threaten legal action to get a refund for a product they never sent. Got my money refunded :).

I ordered a customisable dog jumper as a gift after seen the images of what they produce. What came was awful! Ripped paper on the inside. Not the correct colour of fabric. The dogs face was a blob of colour. And the customer service was awful!! No explanation, no option to return. I have never had to rate a website so bad. I wasted so much money on this! Don’t make the same mistake..

Scam. Ordered a product that never came and can not request a refund. Every time I submit an email it says incorrect even though it is from their own help center

Horrible experience! ordered two products, only one was delivered and it is a bad digital printed label of some type of acrylic, not engraved like they insinuate of the product page. $90 I paid for one and its HIDDIOUS
Back and forth with emails promising its shipped and tracking, finally turns up and its only one of the products. I still await one worth $70. Now that the after pay dispute is closed there's no communication on my orders balance. So SO bad, people need to stop buying from them

Don’t ever order from here. I just now got the moon phase plaque I ordered over a month ago and it had the wrong names on it. This plaque has Nicholas 2004 and Lucas 2010. I’m sure they got one that says Michael, Jodi and Laura.

This company is absolutely terrible. They cannot provide the correct tracking number or time range. I’ve been in contact with them and the communication is terrible. They lie and are very lazy. I asked for a refund today, so we will see what happens. This company needs to be shut down immediately. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Paid for item over 5 weeks ago and still have not received shipping details or even where the product is. I would give no stars if it would let me.

This website needs to be shut down. It is a scam. Spent $250 on 2 mother's day gifts, 2 weeks before mother's day and they never arrived. Thankfully I paid with credit card and was able to dispute with my bank. Lesson learned, always research the website before giving them your money!

It IS a scam. You will lose your money. I wish I read these reviews before ordering. Do NOT order from this company. They will write fake email replies saying there are delays. You will never receive your order. And now I’m out $100 and a Mother’s Day gift that I ordered weeks ahead of time.

If I could give negative stars I would. This company is a scam. Purchased a customized bathing suit on April 27th through AP. Emailed after a week and half and kept getting told to give it a few more days. Well finally after no movement I disputed with AP. These idiots had the nerve to say they shipped it on May 4th and provided a tracking number, it said delivered to somewhere in Wisconsin (I live in Alabama) went so far as to attach a fake email saying it was shipped that was never sent to me. Luckily I saved every communication with these idiots. The shipping date said May 4th, my first contact with them about my order was May 10th. They are pissed I wouldn’t cancel the dispute so they just bold face lied!! Do not buy from this company!!

Do not order from this company. I have never experienced anything so bad from a company before. Ordered something small for Mother’s Day 2 weeks before and still haven’t received the item 2 weeks after. Empty promises through email to say the item is on its way.

I would select negative stars if I could. Ordered some glass flowers for mothers day weeks before mothers day. Never arrived. Never answered request on order status.
