I ordered a vase for my daughter for Mothers day with expidited shipping 3-5 Days. It wasn't even made until a few weeks after. They did refund my shipping, but it didn't come until June 18th or 19th. The biggest problem I have it it looks nothing like the picture. Its cheaply made, crooked and hard to read in places.

I would never buy from Kollia. The packaging does not protect the glass at all. All of the flowers I ordered were smashed. I asked for a refund and they told me they couldn’t do a full refund and to try and super glue them back together…. Then, after a week of back and forth, they told me they would do a full refund if I shipped the package back but they wouldn’t pay for the shipping label. The estimated ship time you receive is also not accurate. My order took about 3 weeks to ship.

I ordered three glass flowers for Mother’s Day that when ordered said 5-7 business days to ship. I did not receive my order until June 5th. When I opened the package one of the flowers was broken and another terribly put together. When I emailed requesting refund for the broken flower I was told to super glue it and I would be refunded 15% instead of the cost of that flower. Will not be using them to complete the bouquet for my mom.

I ordered $100+ worth of glass flowers for my mom in april for mother’s day. I still hadn’t gotten them by the end of May and began to panic because I was moving at the beginning of June and the order still said processing. I tried to contact them multiple times to see if there was anything I could do. After no response for 2 weeks I went to dispute it with my bank assuming I had been scammed only to immediately get an email a day later with tracking information once the bank gave me my money back. I just got a letter from my bank with what looks to be like forged emails that I never got telling me “to be patient” and a bunch of other unprofessional language. Now they are saying they are going to take the money back because I supposedly got the flowers. So now I have no flowers and am out $100+. I will be trying to redispute with my bank but DO NOT order from here it is a scam and whoever handles the supposed emails is rude.
Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience, ordered the item for Mother’s Day 3 weeks prior and it’s only just arrived.
Customer service is clearly not in Australia and i highly doubt any of it is actually from an Australian “factory” or warehouse as much as they insist that it is.
Stay away from this business because you’ll be left with nothing but a headache and buyers remorse. Really wish I’d done my due diligence prior.
Would not recommend them at all.
Very disappointed
I ordered a vase and six flowers. They arrived eight days apart. This was not stated beforehand, so I was very concerned I was missing part of my order. The vase arrived first, and was in good condition. The flowers arrived later, and three of them were broken. I emailed customer support to request a refund, and they only offered 15%, blamed shipping times, and requested that I super glue them. For the price, the service is definitely not worth it. Would not recommend.

Première commande celui ci était endommagé et la pièce du puzzle mal orthographié.
Délai très très long.
Qualité nul de chez nul ! Le texte n’est même pas droit et l’espacement entre les lettres est totalement irrégulier !

If I could give a zero I would. I FINALLY received my packages that I ordered 3 weeks before Mother’s Day and 3 of the flowers are broken and one is discolored almost partly cloudy and not in a cute way. I’m extremely disappointed with this service. I’m surprised I even received them after MANY emails back and forth with “Wendy”. The other set went to my moms so I don’t know the quality of that one.

Absolute horrible customer service! Their return policy states that if there is a quality issue that you do not have to return the product and they will take care of your refund. LIES!! I have been going back and forth with customer service which is demanding that I pay for the return of the item and then they will give me a refund after, even though I have three QUALITY issues with the item I received after a month of waiting and nearly $100 spent!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

This company is absolutely ridiculous. I placed an order at the beginning of May and have only received HALF of what I purchased. They claim a "quick" turnaround for delivery yet here we are. I DO NOT recommend ordering from this website as this has been one of the most frustrating processes I have been through with ordering online. Absolute DO NOT recommend

This merchant is totally scam. I haven't received my package at all. No tracking. And they even wiped out my account for no reason. They said theyve delivered my package last May 14th. Guess what its June3 today.

If you're looking for a bad experience, order from this company
Like most, I wish I would have read reviews before wasting my time and money with this company. I paid around $26 for 3-4 day shipping on top of the order cost with a full business week-worth of time for it to arrive before Mother's Day. I did not receive a tracking number or any information regarding my order before contacting the company myself, waiting days for a response, Mother's Day completely passing by, all the while--little communication from the company. When they did email, it was apologies and what seems, at this point, like lies, saying my order was being prioritized and rushed. I placed my order on 5-4-25 (reminder 3-4 day shipping) and did not receive it until 5-30-25. Absolutely unacceptable. Their only attempt to make up for this was to refund the extra $18 I paid for FASTER shipping, which I still have not received. The product was light as a feather and much lower quality than expected. I very much regret this purchase and will NEVER be ordering from them again.
