Edit: The product arrived, later than expected but all fine at the end. Rate changed now taking this into account.
Thanks for the reply and information left here. I’ll check again cause I remember seeing somewhere about the 48 hours delivery. It didn’t help EVRI webpage did not show any update whatsoever, therefore impossible to track the order for the whole week.

First time I buy here and still waiting for my order to arrive.
I bought it last Saturday and the shipping information showed it would take 48 hours but product not delivered, no info from the website whatsoever and on the top of that the EVRI tracking page doesn’t work. Is this a scam page?

After EVRI lost my parcel KLIP asked me to supply excessive information (singing a disclosure photographs, statements) to even open an investigation. (order 48091103)
After which they informed me I would only be refunded if EVRI agreed my parcel was lost - needless to say I never received my parcel or money back!

Best price for the product but even better customer care. I ordered a razor and travel case. I realised at the last minute, just before dispatch it was the incorrect case. Contacted them and got an almost immediate response. They solved the problem instantly.
I can definitely recommend this company.

Online ordering system was quick and easy. They had the best rates on the online market for what I was looking for. Dropped two stars because the products were not sealed shut in any way which makes me cautious about the originality of the product, or it having been used/tampered with in some way. Usually, a pump action bottle will require a few pumps for the product to come out, however the pump on the hair oil I ordered came gushing out straight away. This makes me think it has been used already. I’m not convinced by the shampoo either. Products, especially salon-exclusive ones, should ALWAYS come properly sealed. Probably won’t use this site again for this reason.

I put in an order which was supposed to be max 1 week delivery and it took over three weeks. When I queried how long it was taking the first reply was quite dismissive although eventually when package failed to arrive they did admit that it had been “lost” and they had to re-send it. They tried to blame it on the delivery service EVRI- but I spoke to EVRI delivery man who delivers parcels regularly to our address and EVRI said they only just received the order. Overall, it took far far too long and was a complete hassle. I do appreciate that they tried to keep me up to date as they went along and eventually we did receive the package.

Delivery arrived on time and at my door -always a good start! When I contacted them to say I had trouble leaving a review and that the availability of the product was very limited, they immediately said they would contact the suppliers to see if they could source more for me and they directed me to your site. All in all, very thoughtful and professional.

Goods arrived in the U.K. quickly and in perfect condition.The products on this site are so much cheaper than any other site so I cannot recommend Klipshop highly enough!

Contacted Klipshop who immediately got it sorted and arrange delievry of a replacement item - let's hope Evri don't fail them again!!

Hello Klipshop. . This is another delivery that has not been fulfilled by EVRI. I know that you supply them with our full delivery address, but every time it is supposed to be delivered, we get "Driver unable to find delivery address". This has happened every time we order from you. If it is the same as every other delivery then this will happen for the next few days and then the parcel will be lost. No other delivery company the same issue. We love your products but if you continue to use EVRI then you will lose customers. I have complained directly to them as well. the website is well made and you have a lot of choices with great prices. The customer service is very very responsive and honest, I had an answer to my email in less than 15 minutes. Very fast delivery, product very well wrapped. I sincerely recommend klipshop I am very happy with my experience.

My last experience with the shop was very disappointed. I have been prompted that Hermes is the courier, only after I made the payment for my order. I have contacted the shop to kindly contact Hemes to not let my parcel outside if I m not home. It was useless and wasted my time with this shop who would not take responsibility for the mess created because of them. My parcel was throw over the fence and left in the rain. I would not use this shop again.

Absolutely love this shop! The range and discounts every month/week are so generous! Of course, you have to be aware of slightly longer shipping times but if you purchase in advance you are going to be pleasantly surprised and save money :) Highly recommend.

I have ordered for the first time with them but I can just say stay away. It is true that the prices are better than some other similar shops but the quality of their customer service is not worth it. The package arrived smashed, all the cream boxes smached and ripped. On top of all that I have ordered a cream for my baby girl which will expire in April 21.I am very disappointed as I have paid more than 60 pounds on this.

Back in the weeks I was looking for a rare shampoo and after spending hours on a few competitors website, I came across on Klipshop one, finding the product. Given that there was a translation problem (keep in mind the manufacturer is Turk) , they asked me to wait some days waiting for updating the language and adding (on English language) the “correct”product (with a understanding language). After some days I could buy the product and within some days I received the parcel (with an trustable courier, FedEx)! Highlight recommended!

I bought from this site after finding my usual product cheaper than usual supplier. Was a little dubious at first as had never heard of them and worried they would be counterfeit products, but reviews here were reassuring. I'm really glad I did because the product was dispatched promptly and arrived faster than it would using standard delivery with the leading beauty sites!
