Excellent treatment

This ii the best treatment for hair I have ever tried. Got quality, ingredients. It’s getting hair soft and nourishing. I’m absolutely pleased with Hadat cosmetics. Excellent product and really works!

Edited Review

I initially did as much research as possible before ordering, given the mixed reviews. However, I was finding it difficult to source Norwex products in the UK, so I decided to give Klipshop a try. My experience matches what others have reported: the site claimed dispatch in 2–3 working days, and while I received a tracking email two days later it showed no info and only updated on the day of delivery.

By January 21 (having ordered on the 11th January), there were still no updates or delivery, so I emailed the company. To their credit, they replied quickly and explained that new customs regulations were causing delays (this was then further impacted by the storm). Even with that in mind, my order finally arrived on January 26—much later than expected.

The tracking only updated on the day the package arrived—unhelpful, but at least it turned up. As a former Norwex consultant, I can confirm the items are genuine Norwex products. Despite the unclear and slow shipping process, I did receive exactly what I ordered in the end.

Advice:

Email the company if you place an order, as they respond promptly.
Don’t expect a quick delivery—be patient with potential delays.

We are very sorry for the delay. Usually, it takes around 4-5 working days for the parcel to be delivered. The tracking is updated only when it reaches the UK (as mentioned on the email we've send, tracking is updated within 2-4 working days). However, in your particullar case, your parcel was suspended at customs for a check up. This is a result of new UK import procedures that came into effect on January 1, 2025, leading to more frequent customs inspections and, consequently, longer processing times.

We apologize for this, however, we were promised that the parcel will be delivered this week. If you have more questions, please contact us via email - info@klipshop.co.uk.

Ordered a foundation haven't received it

Ordered a foundation, received order confirmation email... then nothing. According to my account on their website I have no existing orders with them.

Despite the message below... my account on this website still says 'No orders' under this account. I have also received an email saying technically the order isn't late. IT IS.

The package arrived very quickly

The package arrived very quickly, everything is great. After reading the reviews, I was afraid to buy, but I definitely don't regret it. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews about this online store.

Counterfeit products

I’m just here to echo what others have already mentioned. This website is far from genuine and sells fake products, as many people have pointed out. There’s hardly any information available, and when I reached out via email, they just claimed that the products are real without providing any proof. The only way to potentially get a refund (though I have zero trust that I’ll actually see my money back) is if I cover the shipping costs. What legitimate website asks customers to cover shipping when they’re dissatisfied with a purchase? Definitely not a trustworthy site.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your concerns and take them seriously. However, we would like to clarify again that all products sold on our website are authentic and received directly from official suppliers based in the EU, UK or USA.
To better address your concerns, we kindly ask that you provide specific evidence or details as to why you believe the product is fake. This will allow us to investigate the matter further and ensure that any misunderstandings are resolved.
Additionally, we would like to inform you that the manufacturer is in the process of gradually updating the designs of the brand you purchased. The camouflage creams you purchased now come in the new packaging and redesigned boxes, which is reflected in the photo you sent. The old design boxes are no longer available to purchase from our website. However, you can probably still find old design products somewhere else.

Regarding the return process, please note that our policy requires customers to cover return shipping costs, as is standard in many businesses. We strive to offer a fair and transparent process, and if you wish to return an unused product, we are happy to assist you.

If you have any further questions or would like to discuss the issue in more detail, please don't hesitate to reach out.

I don’t usually review shops but I am reviewing this one because I am so relieved it turned out ok. I ordered about £100 of cosmetics at good prices and didn’t get an acknowledgment email so I began to worry whether the company is legitimate. The site doesn’t include much information. But I emailed customer services and got a quick response and the goods were delivered after a week (the expected timescale). Big sigh of relief!

Poor customer service and delivery.
They delivered my parcel in outside a ramdom building, I contacted them and after 8 days I have not heard from them yet and I don´t have my parcel.

Great experience with Klipshop

I wanted to add this review because I was unsure on using klipshop as I hadn’t heard of it before. However I can confirm I had a great experience, I ordered online and it came the following week via evri no problems whatsoever - thanks Klipshop.

I had good service from Klipshop

Ordered Norwex washing powder, as it is no longer available in the UK. I also added a Norwex floor mat because it was on offer, at a good price. I could see that delivery was about a week, However, my parcel arrived in 6 days. There was good communication from the company and my parcel was well packaged. I would order again.

AVOID BUYING AT ALL COSTS!!!! MUST READ

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS. Unless you want poor service and to be scammed.

I ordered a lip liner from their website for around £30. When I received it, I noticed that it didn’t come with any sort of packaging around it. Normally, with lip liners it comes in a box or plastic seal. I researched the lip liner brand and found out that they do seal the lip liners with a plastic seal , which I however did not have. Without this seal, anyone who has possession of it (eg. Packers, workers in warehouse etc..) could have opened it and touched it. I have a sickness and must take precautions with this type of thing.

Nevertheless, I was sent an opened item. So I contacted the brand and told them about there not being a plastic seal and provided them with images as well.

Their response to this was along the lines of “it was sent like this and that’s how all the lip liners come - without a seal.”

Then, when I provided them with a video of a woman unboxing the same lip liner I had ordered and peeling off a plastic seal, they changed their response and said something completely different .

Then they proceeded to say , “we did send it with the plastic seal so it couldn’t have been us”. Which was confusing because they just had told me that they didn’t sent it with the plastic seal to reduce the amount of plastic they were using ?? I thought this was suspicious and highly unprofessional.

They kept denying it then on forward that the lip liner was sent faulty.

In the end, they told me to return the item at my own cost. I had to pay for shipping and they said that even if I returned the item it would have to be in new condition which my item was not - no thanks to them.

I thought it was unfair that they wanted me to send back an item at my own cost that had issues due to their supply. Not only that, I had to pull out a magic wand and make the lip liner in the expected condition for them to even accept and process a refund although the item was sent in such a state.

They kept on telling me that the item had been sent with the plastic seal and even went as far as to provide me with “video evidence” that they did. They claimed to have sent a packing video of them packing what they claim to be “my order” however the video was just a black screen and nothing else. You couldn’t see anything but black in the video. I told them this, so they sent me a photo. In the photo it was a picture of the same brand lip liner in a plastic seal BUT the shade was a completely different colour to my lip liner so the lid of the liner was a different colour to mine. SO IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MY ORDER.

One minute this brand is saying they do not use the plastic seal packaging.

Then next they say that they do use the plastic seal packaging and sent it with the plastic seal

BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE A LIP LINER WITH THE PLASTIC SEAL.

I contacted them about this further and they blocked me. On everything I reached out to them on. My emails failed to send to their customer support and they had blocked my account on Instagram when I contacted them via that.

Steer clear of this brand. They claim to have provided evidence but I’m sure and certain it is false evidence.

They continued to deny everything and would not provide me with a return or refund like their terms and conditions state.

As customers, if you have an issue with a product sent by the brand and you provide evidence , you have the right to a refund or return free of charge if damaged or defective.

This is a highly unprofessional brand and I suspect they will continue to deny this.

I sincerely hope the £30 they scammed me out of will be enough to keep them going for I’m sure if this review reaches more customers they will they will refrain from purchasing anything from this company.

Thank you for taking my money and causing me stress, KlipShop.

Thanks for your review. We are very sorry for this experience. We can assure you we did not block you and we are still able to send you emails as well as you can send them to us.

As mentioned in our previously sent emails and messages to you, we can confirm all Make Up For Ever pencils come with a plastic seal, apologies for any misunderstanding previously, however, they do not come in boxes. MUFE, as well as every other brand we sell, are purchased from the official suppliers and are never opened by our staff before sending it to the customer.

We have sent you a video footage from the packing table and we checked and downloaded it without any problems. We also sent you another video because you mentioned you were unable to download the first one. Unfortunately, you did not respond to our last email.
In the video we've sent you, it is clearly visible that the product was sealed and had a barcode on it. In the photo you sent to us, there is no barcode or seal, which means the item was compromised before taking this picture. We can see your order packing times in our system, therefore, it is indeed your parcel in the video and there is no doubt about that.
We asked you if you received a box that could have been opened or damaged during the transit. Unfortunately, again, we did not hear back from you.
However, we got a proof of delivery photo from the courier where we can see that no damages were on the box, stickers in the same places as in the video from the warehouse and the box was not opened before handing it to you.

We always strive to resolve problems that happen to our customers. The evidence in this case shows that no mistakes were made on our part. We are very sorry for this whole situation.
