Mientras la bici funcione todo bien. En cuanto se estropee es un drama, te puedes pegar entre cuatro y cinco días sin bicicleta para conseguir un arreglo y, cuando pides el cambio de bici son todo pegas. Al final, tras otra semana sin bicicleta y sin arreglo, nos hemos dado de bajo. Una pena el servicio al cliente. Para colmo, están cambiando de local de Eixample a Poble Nou y, al ir a devolver la batería y las llaves, ni entrar al local te dejan, llamas a la puerta, ha salido un chico a abrir, que todo lo que ha dicho es: espera fuera, me ha echado del local, me ha cerrado la puerta en la cara y me ha dejado esperando fuera sin más explicación hasta que ha salido la persona encarga de recoger la batería y las llaves. Una pena acabar así. Hay competencia con bicis más nuevas que probaremos y no volveremos nunca con Kletta.

Llevo siendo clienta de Kleta casi 2 años, he pagado mi suscripción durante todo este tiempo, dando muy poco trabajo ni mantenimiento ni reparaciones. He solicitado varias veces el cambio de bicicleta por desgaste y mal estado sin éxito. Hoy, decido pedirlo una vez mas o darme de baja. Lo he conseguido, pero mi sorpresa viene cuando me dicen que debo ir a cambiarla por la nueva de L-V de 9:00-14:00 // 15:00 - 18H. Horarios totalmente incompatibles con la vida laboral y que ni han informado (antes ofrecían un horario mucho más extenso). No dan soluciones, no ofrecen flexibilidad para atender a un cliente fidelizado ni traslado a domicilio.

I ordered new keys for my bike’s lock and paid for an Uber to pick them up. I also paid for an Uber to try to pick up my bike using the new keys. However, they gave me the wrong keys, even though I had waited exactly four days to receive them and was without my bike the entire time.

I believe that if they were a professional company and valued my time, they would refund my subscription and deliver the correct keys the next day.

At then end we resolved the issue quickly.

Multiple problems with my bicycle during my only 3 months of rental (first the breaks, then the battery, then the electric kit). After contacting the service yesterday to request a discount to compensate for the experience, they simply refused to make any effort. Very disappointed with their customer service. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Okay in general. When it comes to communication with support there is a little chance they reply to you in watts app.

I lost my key on Saturday, left incident and was contacted on Monday to choose the way to pick up the new key. I selected to pick it up in the office on Tuesday. When I came on Tuesday to pick the key I was told that the key is not checked as mechanic did not have proper location of the bike to check if the key works. So I need to wait one more day.

Solution : there is always WhatsApp where customer service could ask details if they are required to fulfill the task.

Was a very fast and simple process to sign up, pick up the bike, cancel and return. Even getting repairs was so easy. Within 24 hours i had a puncture in my wheel repaired while i wasn't even with the bike. All i had to do is give the location of where i parked it.

Era usuario de bicing y era una tortura. Con kleta pude solucionar todos los problemasy dejar la bici en la calle sin problemas. Servicio top y muy recomendable.

I’m disappointed that it was not clearer that you cannot pick up the bike the same day that you pay. I thought that when you paid, your subscription would start, so I waited as long as possible. But then I paid and had to choose a pick up day which is 4 days out in the future. And I really need the bike tomorrow and the day after, so now I have to rent a bike at another place.

He de decir que haber tenido que dejar de trabajar con Kleta, al haberme trasladado lejos de Barcelona, ha sido un gran disgusto.

Aparte de las virtudes de la bicicleta, la amabilidad y profesionalidad del equipo es total.

Completamente recomendable, te quitas problemas y los pocos que tienes te los solucionan.

La bici funciona perfectamente, las 6 marchas son ideales para moverse por la ciudad y el sillín de niño es muy estable y cómodo, por lo que me permite llevar a todos lados también a mi hija de 4 años

Increíble servicio! Recorrí varios países y ciudades usando diferentes servicios de transporte urbano (bici,patines,etc) y honestamente el de Kleta fue el mejor por lejos. Excelente servicio y sobresaliente atención al cliente.
