Order #20251232 was paid for over two weeks ago, and I still have not received my jersey. I have sent multiple emails to customer support asking for an update on my order, but nobody has responded.

I am not even asking for anything complicated I simply want to know the status of my order. Is it on the way? Is there a delay? What is happening with my purchase?

The lack of communication is extremely frustrating. When customers pay for an order, they deserve at least a response from support. At this point, I have no information about my order and no way to get assistance.

Ordered 3 shirts plus a mystery one and was really impressed. All arrived in perfect condition, no damage at all, and the quality was spot on. I got a Valencia 2002 away shirt from the mystery box which was class!

The ordering process was simple and straightforward, and I received clear updates throughout the delivery. My shirt actually arrived sooner than I expected, neatly packaged and in great condition. It looked even better in real life. Really happy with KitPlug and I’ll be ordering again soon.

There was initially an issue with my order and communication, as I did not receive a response to multiple contact attempts.

However, once the situation was picked up, it was handled properly and a full refund was issued without any problems.

In the end, everything was resolved correctly. Appreciate the resolution.

Quality retro shirts I ordered a mystery box and received a classic Serie A shirt in excellent condition. Packaging was secure, delivery was fast, and the whole experience felt very professional. You can tell Kitplug really know their football shirts

I had couple of issues :
/ I paid already international delivery fees but they sent using Royal Mail, and my national post asked for extra fees for delivery/pick-up! Kitplug said they would refund me that amount, but it ended up refund the whole order amount instead due to the following second issue,
/ The shirt with small although I ordered bigger size than my kid's age so I asked for return. They offered full refund with no return and even they will send a proper size.

I received the refund and waiting to receive the new shirt.

Kitplug sent two shirts promptly - when one didn’t fit they helped me return it and could not have been more helpful and kind. Highly recommended

So I’ve had 2 retro mystery boxes and I’ve had a early 2000s Bayern shirt and a 2004 inter Milan T90… that is insane speaks for itself I can’t recommend Kitplug enough

Poor communication, poor quality shirts, writing worn, smell, stained, says comes with labels on, they don’t.
Communication is shocking and informations incorrect on website
