Ordered the skeleton LS Dunes hoodie.
Severely undersized and has absolutely no stretch to it. I expect hoodies to be soft and warm, but this one is quite the opposite.
Taking this as $60 lesson to not buy artist merch unless is at their shows.

Got my merch sooner than expected. Perfect condition. Tracked all the way. Parkway Drive rules!

Not always perfect, but quick to fix any mishaps and great communication. Willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Expect the usual supply chain mishaps and delays, but the high quality merch is well worth it.

So I ordered a Circle Jerks mystery bag and I ordered a 2X (in case I got a hoodie or long sleeve) and it promised out of print or rare design and instead I got a 2024 tour shirt with a design they were selling on their store that happened a month prior with dates to shows I’ve never seen, and to top it off they sent me a 3XL shirt (which was my biggest problem) and when I was asked to write a review about my experience I explained the mix up. I ended up getting 2 separate emails from Kings Road, one telling me that they will try send me a new shirt with the size that I asked for and one telling me that I got exactly what I ordered (which again, I got a 3x and not a 2x). Will not order from this company again.

Long story short; Matthias is a f* great worker who fixed everything. So I would rate Matthias 10 out of 5 but since I had issues the company gets 4.

PS give that man a promotion.

Wrong shirt sent! I ordered the new EP (I’m not the Only One 44 rpm vinyl) shirt, size Lg (Men’s), got a 2 XL AOCTW shirt instead.???? Please send me the shirt I ordered, and stop insulting me by calling me a big nasty fat ass. I’m a loyal Rancid fan to the core and deserve better. Just saw them live at PNC Park in Pittsburgh last Sunday. C’mon guys!!

Trotz Bezahlung per Vorkasse erfolgte die Lieferung innerhalb von 3 Werktagen nach Bestellung.
Die bestellten Shirts wurden in einen stabilen kleinen Karton verpackt und als Bonus gab's zwei Sticker meiner Lieblingsband mit dazu.
Die Shirts selbst sind von guter Qualität und auch der Aufdruck wirkt qualitativ sehr gut.

Leider ist das Plakat der ersten Lieferung trotz zusätzliche bezahlter spezieller Transport Verpackung in schlechtem Zustand bei mir angekommen. Nach meiner Beschwerde Mail, hat man umgehend reagiert und nach der Übermittlung von Fotos ein neues Plakat los geschickt,
welches dann in gutem Zustand ankam. Fehler können überall mal passieren, entscheidend ist wie man damit umgeht. Das wurde hier schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Daher habe ich jetzt meine anfängliche 1 Sterne Bewertung deutlich nach oben korrigiert.
