Shirt was made from cheap thin cotton so paid for return postage using tracked International at £10 cost to myself, they have had it a week and still no refund. Replied to one email saying they didn't see any return open for it and have now been ignoring me, so opening a chargeback via my bank. Will not use this company again, which is a shame as lots of bands I like use them for their merch.

Quality of the shirt was poor, the black from the shirt leaked onto the white design with each wash. Terrible customer service, flat out refused to offer any help with no explanation as to why.

Die Retoure ist etwas komplizierter. Wenn das ein grösserer Aufwand ist werde ich die Sachen lieber privat verkaufen. Schade dass man erst eine Email schreiben muss um eine Anleitung zu bekommen für den Rückversand das könnte ausgebessert werden. Ansonsten top

I placed an order 10 days ago. They sent a receipt with a link to the shop app to track and yet it says preparing to ship for 10 days. No further communication. When will it ship? Will it ship? I'm not expecting Amazon speed but I do expect updates. Just a note that says it will take 7-10 or more business days for us to put it in the post. It's also coming USPS so the store likes to gamble.

I bought a shirt advertised as “Made in America”, but was instead made in Mexico. They want me to pay for return shipping to make up for their dishonesty.

Ich hatte hier ein CD / Shirt Package vorbestellt. Die Shirts sind super groß ausgefallen. Kein Problem sollte man meinen. Leider gibt es bei KRM Germany wohl keine echten Menschen im Support. Auf meine Fragen wurde nur mit Textbausteinen geantwortet. Oder eine KI-Assistent. Wie auch immer. Ich habe keine Hilfe bekommen und konnte nichts umtauschen. Ich würde hier nicht nochmal bestellen.

Very kind customer service that hooked me up when USPS destroyed/lost my order. I never had a problem with them with any of my purchases. They re-sent my order through UPS instead.

Had placed an order and due to my mistake forgot to add the free item that was offered with my order. After contacting Kings Road Merch they swiftly responded and offered to still send the free item even though I already received my order! Hands down great customer service and they sent it to me at no cost even though it was my fault. I can’t thank them enough, and would definitely recommend their services!

Order took weeks to arrive. Arrived with defective record that looked nothing like the pictures. Made multiple attempts to contact customer service. Zero response

I pre ordered a vinyl record for a present. The item was delayed a couple months which is frustrating but understandable. When it arrived it was not the same as the picture from my order and the vinyl was a different colour. This was upsetting as i only ordered it based on the picture of the colour vinyl. After several emails back and forth, i got nowhere with a resolution, and found the company to be very inconsiderate and lacked any intention of solving the issue. I would not buy from them again.

Been buying stuff from King for a while now. Always been satisfied with the price, quality and customer service. This year the items seemed to ship quicker too. Keep up the good work.

I preordered a record almost 3 months ago, just before the release date I received an email saying the release date had been pushed back by 3 weeks. When the parcel was shipped I kept an eye on the tracking and on the day it was meant to arrive, the Royal Mail tracking said delivered and the picture attached was not of this parcel and not of my address.
I checked at home and with neighbours just in case but this did not arrive. I contacted Kings Road and was told that an investigation will take up to 6 weeks and they are now asking me to fill out a form before doing anything and now they are ignoring my emails.
This record is now out of stock, so I've missed out on it, even though I ordered it as soon as it was announced and I can not even get a refund for it for another 6 weeks at least.
