Over the years we have been asked by guests staying at these top hotels to sell our products directly to them which led us to creating this website in December 2003.

STILL WAITING SINCE JULY 2025

Ordered on 15/07/2025 a pink bathrobe with our severely disabled grand daughter's name on the front and "Warrior Princess" on the back for her 3rd Birthday on 05/08/2025.
Despite a lot of promises " It will be with you in 1-2 weeks" from King of Cotton during August and September this year it is now 5th October 2025 three month's after her Birthday and still no bathrobe or even an update.
We spent a lot of time scanning the internet for a quality bathrobe to buy and K of C had many 5 star reviews so decided to go with them.
Wish we'd known this was going to happen as no grandparents would like to let their little girl down on her Birthday.
We couldn't give a "0" star as it wasn't an option and they've still got our £40 we paid.

However on 07/10/2025 King of Cotton sent us a £40 gift voucher for our unacceptable experience. The dressing gown we eventually received this week is great and is on it's way to our Grand daughter in Ireland.

Outstanding Customer Service

I have been buying from King of Cotton for a few years. I love a 100% cotton bathrobe and have bought many from this company for myself and family members. Their customer service is outstanding. I have had an issue with a garment and they have dealt with it immediately to my satisfaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you.

Excellent product and service

Re-ordered cotton dressing gowns. Order delivered within nine days. Well packed. Very Happy with product. They didn't notify me order on way. However, when I wrote enquiring what was happening I received a reply within a few hours and goods delivered same day.

The customer comes first with this company

I have used this company for the last 5 years . The quality has always been very high and customer service super quick .

I had an issue down to Dpd not king of cotton as a company . I called them they sorted out the issue immediately and it was great to have a company that puts their customers first . Thank you .

Good quality

Great communication. Some clearance items really good value. Product as described. A lot of “ sateen” products if thats your thing. Would have purchased again if they stocked stripe design in white. Tie string duvet cover is great

Handtücher zum wohlfühlen!

Ich habe lange nach Bade-/Handtücher in 800er Qualität gesucht. Diese sind absolut perfekt.
Die Kommunikation wegen eines verspäteten Artikels war einfach und strukturiert.
Lieferung dauerte etwas, was man ja aber eingeplant hat.

Alles in allem rundum zufrieden.

Fabulous Quality- Brilliant pricing

I'm a fan of fluffy white towels and think of them as the best luxury at a certain age. I have ordered from King of Cotton every year and also use their embroidery service so that I know where my towels go ( I have my own home plus an Airbnb and a flat so I like to have my towels in order)! The towels and flannels wash up beautifully and maintain their quality and the Senator Robes that I buy for my guests as a treat are truly the best value robes you can find! Delivery and communication also top notch!

ZERO STARS! Unethical and unprofessional company.

I would give ZERO STARS if I could.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

I believe that this company is trading unethically. I ordered and paid for around £300 worth of bed linen and towels on their January sale promotion. They emailed the next day to say that more than half of the items were out of stock and they expected the items would be in stock in five weeks. They offered alternative bed linen products that would not match the other items I had ordered, so I decided to wait for the items I had paid for.

Seven weeks later, I remain out of pocket for these items, which still have not been delivered.

However, and this is the really irritating part, some of these items remain as showing 'in stock' and available for purchase on their website and have done since January (plus some were available on Amazon). This is a very unethical and misleading way to sell to customers.

I have pointed this out to them in several emails, and they claim it's an oversight, and will get their website company to update it. But they haven't. So they are continuing to take payment for items that they know they don't have in stock.

I have received badly written and clumsy replies from their stock update team responding to my queries, but never any emails to update me on the situation on these out of stock items.

I note that the Trust Pilot reviews that show good ratings seem to mostly date from 2014 and earlier.

I think I will end up having to ask for a refund for the outstanding items, leaving me with incomplete bed linen sets.

Do not buy from King of Cotton!

Terrible customer service poor quality

ordered a duvet and sheet for first time from this company I wouldn’t recommend delivery was next day however when it arrived opened up ready to wash and found it to be faulty really badly pulled on top of duvet where you turn top over so had to send it back (obviously no quality check before) they said they would send me another out and pick up the damaged one which they did however after washing didn’t think the quality was there quite thin and wrinkle really badly pulled also don’t like the envelope tie style makes it more difficult to get duvet in and because they didn’t collect old duvet up at same time (their fault) landed up causing lot of problems customer service was non existent other than a sorry I spent ages on phone trying to get a parcel of mine back when they accepted it knowing it couldn’t be theirs and refused to pay for it to be sent back to keep customer happy and claim it back off courier company all in all experience wasn’t very good and won’t use again was generous 3 star the quality is not there I should have sent back and not let them replace it after I saw the first one was damaged

Appalling Customer Experience – Questionable Business Practices

I placed an order with King of Cotton (#13133) for 1000TC fitted sheets and pillowcases, along with an 800TC duvet cover during their Black Friday offers (€280). A few days later, I was informed that the products would not be available until December. I agreed to wait.

In December, after several follow-ups, the store suggested I cancel my order due to a supposed stock issue for online items and instead purchase the same products in-store—without the discount. Despite my refusal, and after clumsy interactions, they finally offered me lower-quality items (800TC) at the original price. Left with no acceptable alternatives, I was forced to accept a refund.

This does not appear to be a stock issue but rather an unwillingness to honor their promotion. Such practices are unacceptable, both morally and legally. For a brand selling luxury products, this level of customer service is disgraceful. Avoid if you value professionalism and customer respect.

I found King of cotton on an Internet…

I found King of cotton on an Internet search when I was looking for towels and a bathrobe. The quality was fantastic so I recently decided to order a new duvet. Unfortunately due to an issue with their courier it arrived damaged presumably by water. I contacted king of cotton and they could not apologise enough. I was given the option of them collecting the duvet or disposing of it myself so I chose to donate to a local dog rescue. The new duvet was sent out very quickly via a different courier and received without issue. I've since ordered some new pillows which arrived today. Absolutely brilliant.

It's a shame their sheets are only available in white

Plena satisfacción de la compra

Quería comprar para mi esposa un albornoz MONT BLANC talla M, pero en la página no lo tenían disponible. Llamé a la tienda en Marbella y me atendió Verónica. Para suerte mía, tenían este albornoz y me lo enviaron el día siguiente. Me llego a Madrid en dos días. La calidad y los precios son insuperables, la atención de Verónica todavía mejor. Gracias por todo, seguiré fiel a esta tienda para futuras compras.

Sábanas maravillosas

Sábanas maravillosas. Dejé de irme un fin de semana de hotel de lujo y en vez, pedí sábanas de 800 hilos y vaya lujo. Esto fue hace unos años.
Hoy les he pedido dos juegos más para mi madre de regalo. Tuve un problema con el pago y la atención al cliente esta al nivel de las sábanas.
Trato superior.

Bas de gamme au prix du haut de gamme

j'ai d'abord acheté un couvre-lit qui avait une belle couleur. La responsable du magasin m'assure qu'il est 100% coton. En l'installant chez moi, je découvre qu'il est 100% synthétique et pas assez large (230cm) pour un lit en 140 pour peu qu'on ait un matelas un peu épais.... Je l'échange contre un drap plat 95 euros et j'achète en plus 2 taies carrées. Le drap plat est annoncé en 230 cm de large quand chez les grands éditeurs de linge de maison c'est 240, je l'ai mesuré, et en fait, il ne mesure que 225cm donc un peu court pour un matelas de 20cm d'épaisseur. En plus la bordure brodée est cousue trop près du bord.
Quant aux taies, il a fallu que j'en change une des 2 car les bordures brodées n'avaient pas la même taille sur aucun des côtés, et a été compliqué d'en trouver une correctement finie dans le stock de la boutique
Donc un prix haute de gamme pour des finitions bas de gamme.
Réponse rapide de l'entreprise qui me propose un bon d'achat: sauf que je leur ai écrit à l'adresse mail fournie afin de savoir comment procéder , et 15 jours plus trad je n'ai pas de réponse ....!

Decline in Customer Service Experience

I have been a loyal customer of King of Cotton since 2015, and for many years, I have been consistently impressed with the quality of their bed linens and bathroom towels. The fact that they have maintained the same high-quality product lines over the years has been particularly beneficial for my business.

However, over the past year, I have noticed a significant decline in the level of customer service, or "sales" as they refer to it. I have been waiting since 6 November for a response to an inquiry in order to place a new order, but unfortunately, I have not received any acknowledgment or reply to my query. This lack of communication is both frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the excellent service I have come to expect from this company.

It is a great shame to see a company that was once so reliable and customer-oriented fall short in this area. I hope that King of Cotton will address this issue and restore the level of service that they were once known for.

However, I must clarify that the reason for the lack of communication was not due to an inactive email address, as you mentioned. In fact, the issue stemmed from the misspelling of my name in the email address, meaning it was never a functioning contact point from the outset.

While I appreciate your attempt to address the situation, I feel that a straightforward apology for the oversight would have sufficed rather than providing an explanation that does not align with the facts. The explanation you provided only adds to my frustration, as it feels less sincere and more like an attempt to deflect responsibility.

OK products - Bad Admin

Fairly good products - but slightly questionable organisation.

I ordered a blanket from these guys, and it was due for delivery on Tuesday. It didn’t arrive, so I called and was assured it would be here on Wednesday. It didn’t arrive on Wednesday either, so I called and was told it would arrive on Thursday, which it did. What was frustrating about this - is that King of cotton didn’t contact me about this - the onus was on me to chase them, rather for them to keep me up to date.

Mistakes like this happen from time to time. However, before the item actually arrived on Thursday, they put a 25% discount on their site. I asked if it was possible to have this applied retrospectively (given the inconvenience and repeated missed deliveries), but I was told that this wouldn’t be offered. Instead, I was offered a discount on a future order - which is OK, but I don’t have any need to place an order with them.
