Katastrophe. Ich habe zum zweiten Mal über Faire bestellt und nach einem Monat kam bei beiden Bestellungen einfach ein Storno. Was soll man in solch einem Fall seinen Kunden sagen? Völlig unseriös und dort werde ich nichts mehr bestellen. Wer seinen Laden so wenig im Griff hat, sollte einfach einen anderen Weg einschlagen. Einfach ohne Worte!

I ordered some bed linen after reading recommendations online. 5 days later, I received an email stating that my items were out of stock with a 5 week wait. For whatever reason, I agreed to go with some substitute sheets, which were very similar to my initial order.

The package took a fair while to arrive, and the quality is horrible! Thin and scratchy. Also, the sheets, look yellow and not white? The packaging is super tacky. The description on the front reads, "the best sheets money can buy." Lolol. As if.

To make matters even worse, returns are NOT free. You have to print the return form by yourself (I don't currently own a printer, so that was fun), and PAY for return postage. What an absolute joke. These sheets are like something you'd find off Alibaba or buy in Primark. Back to The White Company.

We have been waiting over 18 weeks for delivery of a new duvet and still no luck on when we will get it.
Original order was placed back in March, King of Cotton contacted us with an alternative (lower priced and quality option) as it was going to be delayed by 6 weeks. Still no luck on an actual delivery date, every time we as for an update it is going to be another 6 weeks, what a joke.

I paid on May 10, but I still haven't received the product :(

Prompt Delivery, Good Quality and Washes Well. The only down side was the shade of grey. A bit dark for me but that was my fault, hopefully it will fade a little with washing

I’ve been using King of Cotton for a few years… always great service and great products. Sadly the duvet I ordered was not in stock but I was quickly refunded.

Bought as a gift: recipient specified your 800 thread towels and would accept any colour as long as all sizes matched (had an order of preference). Only one colour available in hand & extra large, but at least there was a match available. Purchase and delivery fine.

Ordered new pillows during a sale. Disappointed to be informed after the order was confirmed, there would be a six week wait for delivery. Is this due to my order being small rather than supplying a larger commercial order I wonder?

Had to return faulty towels.
Customer service was excellent.
No quibbles and now have my new set.
However I would have liked an email to follow up why this happened.
Looking forward to using my new fluffy towels without a reoccurring problem of 'bleaching out'

Excellent customer service – enquiries are responded to and resolved very quickly. Every product I have ordered has been of great quality and fairly priced. I only purchase bedding from this company and can attest to the fact that it is worth investing in quality linens. Not only does it provide a better sleeping experience, but it also proves cheaper in the long run since they last for many years and withstand many washes compared to the inferior quality offered by department stores and many general online retailers.

Purchased from Kingofcotton previously and have always been happy with the quality etc. This last order was just the same..really happy with my purchase.

I really like the ties on the duvet cover instead of buttons on other makes.
Would prefer more choice of colours
