Over the years we have been asked by guests staying at these top hotels to sell our products directly to them which led us to creating this website in December 2003.
Since then there has been no looking back, the website is used by many hoteliers and private customers alike and loved for its unbeatable wholesale prices and superior Hotel Quality products.

Hand wash absolutely terrible. Full of lumps and couldn't even wash your hand.
Hand cream is like diluted water.

We’re very sorry to hear about this experience. The issue was caused by an isolated batch that contained too much thickening agent, affecting the texture of the hand wash. This has now been fully resolved.

Delivery didn’t arrive when it was…
Delivery didn’t arrive when it was supposed to. It was then adjusted and didn’t arrive again. It eventually arrived a day or two later and was the wrong product.

Excellent quality, very happy
We had purchased 2 waffle robes some years ago, and when I looked at the label, of the robes we have, it was King of cotton, so I hoped the robe I ordered was going to be of equal quality, I was not disappointed. Excellent quality. We live in the EU, so we were also pleased with fairly fast delivery.
All good stuff.
Happy with all items from this company.

Unsatisfied & returning costs are enourmous
Ordered white towels. Big both towels with 800 gsm and small with 700 gsm. Very unsatisfied that the bathtowels are only washable up to 40 degrees, without any notice on homepage. The small ones with 60 degrees is ok.
A return label hat to be organised by yourself, so very expensive from foreign countries to Portugal (€ 22).
I would not order there again.

Fantastic company and service …
I have ordered slippers and robes from this company over the years. Dealing with Claudia on two queries I have over the recent orders and I have to say she is brilliant quick at responding and knowledgeable aswell as resolving the queries I have had. The quality of all items are fantastic also.

I was expecting a better quality item
I was expecting a better quality item. The cotton feels very thin, not hotel grade. And it smells very strange. I wish I had not paid to have the item embroidered as now I am stuck with it.

Good afternoon, we are sorry that your robe was not to your expectation. The waffle robe that you ordered is 230 Grams per square metre, designed to be a lightweight waffle construction garment. The terry bathrobe is the classic cotton robe that is nearly double the weight and I think is more suitable for what you were actually expecting. If you could contact us we will be able to offer you that garment at a substantially lower price than advertised.
Excellent quality.
I’m very pleased with all my purchases. I’ve never been disappointed. The quality of the materials is outstanding, everything feels luxurious and durable.
The customer service team is attentive and usually replies quickly.
