Ordered 4 glass ornaments for Christmas last year. Two came with correct "First Christmas" dates. Two were incorrect. Company corresponded first few contacts the first of this year, but am no longer receiving responses to my calls or emails. Ended up just making labels with correct dates to cover up the wrong imprinted dates. Disappointed with customer service

I still have yet to receive the Father’s Day gift I ordered. It says delivered and no package. No response from their customer service

ordered a fathers day gift for my husband. Says it was delivered, but I never received the order. Have emailed several times and get no response. Definently not recommended.

I ordered a puzzle with pegs and did not receive what I ordered. I contacted customer service and it has been 4 days since I submitted the requested photo with no response.

Placed a custom order on June 3, 2025. I have a confirmation email & my credit card has been charged. My order number does not work on their website & I can't get any status of when my order will arrive. Terrible customer service!

Definitely a scam, ordered some hats, said they were delivered never received, money was immediately deducted on the day I ordered, have contacted multiple times no response

I would strongly advise against ever doing business with this company. Their customer service is nonexistent. Spend your money elsewhere

So this was unique, and because I have a great nephew, and this was his first Easter, i wanted to do something special....it was perfectly crafted!

Wish I had known how many weeks the delivery was going to be from China. The “First Easter” gift I ordered more than two weeks ahead did not make it in time.

I placed an order on 4/3 for an Easter gift. Email stated it would ship in 5 days. No further updates from the company, no tracking information, no legitimate contact information. Payment was deducted immediately from my account. Will resort to legal action if needed. Definitely a scam company.

Puzzles are fun, colorful, and made very nicely.

I never received my order. I contacted through email-no response. I tried again & got a response that my order had been delivered on March 6. I emailed back telling them that I did not receive it-they responded with a picture & link showing that it was. I pointed out to them that it's BS I have informed delivery & had it been shipped i would be able to see it through those updates for every step. I also tried to check on their site & the order still showed unfulfilled & no updates to the order except paid. I tried to search the site to find the desk name plate that i had ordered & guess what...0 items found. To date they have not done a thing to make this right & still took my $30. The last response i was able to get from them was weeks ago stating to contact USPS. **DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY**
