The personalized item I ordered arrived with the incorrect name. I messaged right away with the picture of what I ordered and what was sent along with order# and no response until I made a comment on facebook a week later. Now the correct item will not arrive in time so I requested a refund, but i really wanted the item I ordered...disappointed!

Quality product, well crafted.

First time ordering from Kindlytoys. Ordered eight items, received two. I've emailed three times asking for additional information on where the other items are, and it's been over a week and still no response from Kindlytoys. I tried calling today and got voicemail.
When I try to track the order (using the order number/email address used to make the purchase or the tracking number I received) it displays "Could Not Find Order" each time.
I understand that the order might be delivered in multiple shipments, but shouldn't I have multiple tracking numbers? Shouldn't someone from customer support reply to one of my four requests for assistance?

so when I recieved my order you spelled the word "first" wrong, I emailed you from my personal email and I was supposed to get a full refund and still hasn't got it yet. Very disappointed.

I never received a confirmation that my order was received. I called the number on the website and a guy casually answered but could not help. I did not receive tracking information for shipping. It was not delivered to my door but the leasing office and the package was nearly open and cracked. The leasing office did not notify me, I went for another package and it was in the corner. I don’t think Kindlytoys was to blame for how it arrived. The color was off not really green but gray. Due to shipping the first name was split. Overall not happy.

I ordered the name board with shapes and numbers, but all I got was a name board with numbers. As others have stated, it's very thin, not sturdy. Took over 6 weeks to get too. They said I only ordered the name/numbers...yet, the picture with my order has all three on the board, and what I paid for was for all three. Very dissatisfied. They didn't even offer to correct.

I am unimpressed with the quality of this product. The pieces are small and the board itself is so thin and shallow. I remember the wooden puzzles back in the day .... sturdy. I would have paid more to have a better quality product as I am not going to give this one to my niece. The board needs to be deeper that the pieces fit into so the pieces are thicker. Overall it needs to be bigger as it's rated for a 1 (to 3) year old and I find them to be a possible a choking hazard.

Will NEVER purchase anything from your company again!!! It has been over a month and STILL have not received my item!! Absolutely AWFUL!!!😡😡😡😡

Buyer beware! My 8 month son took apart the bead slider and could have serious injured himself with the beads or metal rod. His board is less than a month old and has been taken care of. These are cute but can be very unsafe!

I placed an order for 2 ornaments and 2 name signs for my new twin daughters. They arrived in a timely manner, and the ornaments were adorable and as ordered. However the name signs were both supposed to be 18" and were ordered in a solid lavender and a solid pink. One was correctly made while the other was 16" and the solid pink arrived a a sickening marbled pepto bismol pink. That's being kind. I have contacted their customer service and they will not stand behind the product. My daughter doesn't like either of them as she thinks they look cheap and poor quality. They will not return the $65 that I spent on each of them, nor will they return the $65 for the one that was incorrectly made. They have offered 30% as a gesture of good will. Do not order from this company. They don't stand behind their products, there isn't anyone to actually talk to, and the products are inferior.

I placed my order on December 5, 2024. It is now January 16, 2025 and my order still has not arrived!

I ordered a Christmas ornament from this company. It came in and all looked great until I realized they had our family name incorrect. We emailed them and they requested a picture but after we sent it, they quit responding to my requests!! It's not a lot of money but it is the fact that you should take care of your customers. Do not recommend this company.

This is a small Vietnamese startup, using the name 'kalotoys' for the domestic market and 'kindlytoys' for the international market. I signed up for kindlytoys' affiliate program. They accepted me as an affiliate, and I started promoting kindlytoys. However, I received no support or responses to my inquiries from kindlytoys, despite sending numerous emails requesting assistance over several months. They did not reply at all. This left a terrible impression—an extremely negative experience with kalotoys-kindlytoys, a Vietnamese startup. I do not recommend anyone consider partnering, working with, or purchasing from this startup! Avoid it!

There was an apparent issue with shipping which I was told about and had no issue waiting, but when the product arrived I had a couple that were suppose to have the dog or cat icons and they came as gingerbread men. Disappointing that my order was not paid attention to.

Purchased a Busy Board and a screw is missing from the velcro activity. Have sent a couple emails with no response. The board and it's attached objects are very thin and could easily break-off and become a choking hazard. Would not allow a child to play without adult supervision. The board is cute, but would not recommend.

The ornament was printed incorrectly. The box showed the correct info, but was incorrect inside. I have emailed 6 times and no response.

3 if the 4 customizations on the Christmas ornament were incorrect. Very disappointing!

I ordered two ornaments - one for my daughter born in 2021 and another for my daughter born this year. The ornament for my daughter born this year did not have her birth year and when I reached out to the company to see how to remedy this situation, I did not receive a reply.
