Die Qualität des Kinderwagens ist mangelhaft. Er wirkt instabil, klappert und wackelt an allen Ecken – wie ein typisches Billigprodukt aus China, auf das einfach nur ein Markenetikett geklebt wurde. Der Wagen ist sein Geld absolut nicht wert; sein tatsächlicher Wert liegt bei maximal 100 Euro.

Die Metallqualität ist schrecklich: Schon beim bloßen Kontakt mit dem Kunststoff im Kofferraum entstehen sofort Kratzer. Da ich keine Möglichkeit zur Rückgabe hatte, werde ich nun einen neuen Kinderwagen kaufen müssen. Mein Rat: Zahlt lieber etwas mehr oder wählt direkt eine andere Marke, damit ihr euch den Ärger erspart.

My parcel has been with your chosen courier since 30 March -
I have explained that they are stating you shipped to the wrong address - i know that is not true because the invoice has the correct address - but the shipper will only take instruction from you and you have ignored all of my many attempts to get this corrected . The gift is for my grandsons first birthday is too expensive to buy another without knowing whats happening to this and i wont have anything for his birthday even though i ordered over 2 weeks in advance.
Your lack of follow up to emails to your helpline shows a lack of care - i cant recommend you and would rate you lower than 1 star if it were an option !

Good quality, fast delivery.

We thought the trike wouldn't be delivered within the timeframe specified but it did! It arrived at 9:30pm on our door step!

We took it out for 'test drive' a couple of times and our little one loved riding on it. The wheels and the body feel sturdy and manoeuvring is easy.

One of the pedals fell off while our little one was resting her foot on it (she didn't know how to pedal yet) and we couldn't put it back on... we thought it would be as easy as how you put it on in the first place. After a lot of struggle, we eventually managed to push the pedal back in by force hoping it won't fall off again. We will give it another go later. If the pedal is still falling off we will return it.

light weight and easy to carry anywhere you want. the size is perfect for the cabins of airlines as well as of the trains

For me, it's the best brand for pushchairs. Since my 3-year-old daughter is disabled, it's great – strong enough, doesn't tilt backward like others, in short, it's very good. For mothers with children with Down syndrome, this brand is the best there is.

The price was great for a quality item, however, it was ordered on the 30th March, and we've still not had delivery of it. The courier you've chosen to deliver the item has said; "the parcel is bigger than we expected, so a specialist Evri courier will need to deliver it." This was on Friday 3rd April, way longer than the 2-3 days expected delivery time. Perhaps you should think of changing the courier service you use, if they're not set up for the kind of items you mainly sell on your site.

Quick delivery, great product. Easy installation and manual was straight forward.

I experienced very poor customer service. I arranged a return through the website, and while the return was registered and a tracking number was provided, no shipping label was sent. I have contacted the company multiple times via email and their online form requesting the label, but I keep receiving the same automated response from a week ago. Additionally, it has been impossible to reach them by phone.

The order shows as delivery but was returning to customer by evri and was really hard to get in touch with the customer to solve the issues and still waiting to get the money back

The pushchair is amazing. We’ve used it to travel. It’s perfect for sunny destinations with full coverage for our baby and lies flat down for our baby to sleep. We absolutely love the product and it looks really good too.

They acknowledged the parcel was lost on 01/04/2026, this was 8 days after delivery date. Then they said my refund will be processed in 14 business days. I have been chasing for the last 14 days and getting automated AI responses. I contacted PayPal today and they immediately refunded me and they delivery costs, because they put the customer first. Avoid Kinder Kraft at all costs, buy from a known and reliable supplier.

No balance bike delivered, no refund, customer service based in Poland just argue with me and tell me what I need to do.
In short, if you are thinking about buying kids stuff from Kinderkraft in the UK, don't. Buy from a more reliable and known source.

Evri lost my parcel at their delivery depot,
And Kinder Kraft are emailing me a PDF telling me, I need to print it out, manually sign it and agree to all of the below, when Evri are emailing me and Kinder Kraft, admitting it's never been attempted to be delivered, because they've lost it!
Kinder kraft have told me they will not do anything more for me unless I sign and return the below form. Even after I said it is not relevant to me and I feel as though I am being forced to sign the form to get a refund, my basic consumer right.
