Thought the seat was great son was really happy as is comfy for him,only downside because of the width the seat belt is really hard to put in,don’t know if this is because of a Mercedes design but I need to push in with two hands as is very tight against the chair.

Well was my first time buying. And I must say was really happy when I received the cutie bike. Easy to put together sturdy and my grandson loved it. 100% satisfied and the 10yr warranty a bonus. Would definitely recommend

Kinderkraft’s child car seat - don’t bother
I’m reviewing Kinderkraft’s child car seat.
Don’t bother with this manufacturer - the seat is needlessly hard to fit and often fails to either catch the isofix, push back to a safe position or release.

Excellent service and product
Item arrived faster than expected and upon inspection was very well made. We had a few problems trying to get it folded as flat as in the video but then we found that there was a sliding release thing underneath the seat cover at the top of the back rest. Once you get it figured out it is easy to put up and pack away.

Recomiendo. Pero pedir con tiempo
Yo al principio recibí un triciclo en vez del carro Nea2. Pero poniéndome en contacto por correo electrónico. Se llevaron el triciclo y a la semana ya tenía el carro. Estoy muy contenta con el. El montaje súper fácil. Con ganas de estrenar. Ya que todavía no a nacido el bebé.
Lo recomiendo.

Item not sent over a week since purchase
Ordered a pram over a week ago via their website, delivery time at order advised 2-3 days. I was notified of dispatch later same day but tracking still says DPD have not yet received the parcel to start shipment, emailed company again today to chase but no response. Genuinely feel like I’ve been scammed at this point so very disappointed.
Update following response (2nd June 2026):
If Kinderkraft actually read the tracking updates, it will show I chose a ‘safe delivery location’ the day after my item was ‘shipped’, not that the item has been delivered there. There has only been one update on the tracking and that was on 27th April (the day of order), to say that my parcel has been flagged with DPD but they have not received the item yet to start shipping.
There is still no update on this, I’m £100 down and have no idea how to proceed as all their communications are done via AI bots and you get the same automated responses with no help or guidance at all (and sometimes the responses are in Polish so you have to use google translate!!).

When ordering I initially received 2…
When ordering I initially received 2 order emails when I only ordered 1 product which was strange. Later on I received emails saying one order has been paid and the other cancelled.
I was panicking for a while thinking I had ordered 2 when I has only ordered 1.
Otherwise I was only charged for 1 product and it was delivered quickly.
