Had ordered a product which was complete different colour when it came . Also had send mails for replacement but there was no response. Dont go on false advertising

Quick update.
Kindercraft came through and rectified the problem by sending a replacement which arrived quickly. Many thanks and I'm very happy with both car seats. The product is great and customer service should ultimately be judged on how well a problem is resolved so 5 stars now.
New advice: buy direct from Kindercraft :)

Bought 2 car seats. 1 arrived with a defect. To return you have to fill in a contact form on the website. (Ringing the phone number at 2pm on Friday & office shut)
The contact form was difficult to fill in as it didn’t recognise the product I’d bought. Then the reply I got was that they have 14 days to review and they do it in date order. I just want to return defective one and get a new one sending.
I bought direct from the manufacturer as the delivery date was better but now I wish I’d just bought a different car seat from Amazon.

My advice is avoid buying direct from Kindercraft. They just don’t have the customer service support.

i brought the new nubi 3 pram and it broke in the first couple weeks, i was still writhing the 70 day policy when i first messaged them about the pram breaking, it fell apart whilst my son was in it, they tried sending a new frame but it got stuck in customs i raised that i didn’t feel comfort with replacements it broke so fast i dont feel comfortable putting my son in it so j brought the silvercross clic hoping to get my money back, i had the problem in february its now may and they’ve just been ignoring me and said that they’ll just deal with me complaining, they’ve said i can’t return as it’s over the days yet when my issue happened and i first messaged i was still in the timeframe so this doesn’t make sense. they have done nothing and no solution or sympathy. luckily my son was not hurt but it could’ve been very different. i’m really disappointed with this company , i have raised the issue with my bank so fingers crossed i finally get some good news after 3 months of kinderkraft ignoring me and acting like it’s not a big deal

Bought travel system off them only couple months ago. The pram frame I'd falling to bits.
The car seat does not fit isofix correctly found out there is a recall for it, so have not used it.
Refuses to let me send it back for a refund.

Received the delivery completely damaged. So disappointed I have emailed costumer services few days I have not received a reply. Very poor service don’t recommend

I really like the brand and their way to work because is very fast and responding i get my delivery fast and my return was easy and about the quality it nice not bad the only thing I would like to improve is having more spare accessories for the strollers like footmuff and raincovers and even can be a baby nest for example my stroller liner is too thin I would like them to improve it for bit thicker to be more comfortable for babies because now me I will add a liner on the top of my stroller to make it more comfy for my baby overall is a good and budget friendly product

Very impressed with purchase! Pushchair was delivered promptly, ahead of estimated delivery date, and for free. The pushchair itself - despite being very reasonably priced - has far exceeded my expectations! Feels sturdy and well-built, with easy fold and easy recline mechanism. Very smooth push and coped with grass and cobblestones. Baby napped happily and seemed very comfortable! Great that bumper bar is included as standard too. Very impressed!

Despite repeated requests for refund, and acknowledged goods returned I am still awaiting full refund!

If I could give this no stars, then I would! Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a stroller from them and it never turned up. I spent weeks chasing it to be told "it was delivered" then they told me " it hadn't actually been processed" and then proceeded to say the order never existed in their systems after charging me £90 for my order. Talk about back and forth! I was then ignored for a couple of weeks after sending more and more emails as the phone lines are never available! Absolutely terrible service. Unprofessional staff and extremely rude, short email replies. Please do not waste your time or money.

My stroller was delivered within 24 hours after placing the order. We love the product and the customer service is always great!

I was very pleased with the Kinderkraft product and services. I have received multiple and detailed emails about my order, the product was fast dispatched, and well packed. I purchased a scooter for my son, and I was very happy with the quality. The design is just amazing and very practical for children.

I bought the product. The quality was just okay. I’m trying to return the item but the customer service is the worst customer service ever. They’re not even able to send a QR code for a return and they are sending those automatic stupid replies.

I am going to warn everyone here !

For the same price or a little bit more I suggest you guys to buy from joie or any other reputable brand because kiderkraft don’t care about there customer.

Didn't receive my package nobody will email me back, evri will not talk to me as the address is apparently incorrect even though I have 3 emails stating I put the correct address

Perfectly smooth from ordering to delivery, great product, great service

Order process was nice and simple.

Product is top quality and my son absolutely loves it so money very well spent! The LED lights brilliant, even in the daytime you can see them perfectly.

You will need to buy AA batteries for the lights to work apart from the wheels.

Great little balance bike brought this for my grandsons birthday .
Love the green colour. Easy to put together very pleased
