Although the company is good ish when it comes to getting back to their customers and trying to sort out the issue, they can do much better.
Was sent a brand new breast pump without being put into another box without proper packaging. The box arrived damaged. Thankfully the item was okay, but I was only offered to return it. No questions asked, whether the item was still working, etc. Received replies in Polish and had to translate it.
On another occasion, I emailed about a discount that I was due to receive and I had to chase them up before getting a reply days later only to receive a discount of lesser amount while they check into the situation. A week or more and still haven't heard back from them. I've purchased several of their items. I'm not a happy customer based off of these half ass replies and services.

Edit due to item finally arriving: Product received is amazing. Great quality and its adapted to work for toddlers to use it without help from parents. Would love to buy again but still knocked from the delivery.

I will keep my initial review about delivery as the situation was very stressful and i ended up having to be the one to contact Evri.

Delivery was changed to Evri when it states on the website dpd will be used. Checky becaue Evri is a cheaper courier. 2-3 days delivery was expected but was not adhered to. When contacting Kinder Kraft there was no shock to them and I was just given a form to fill out for refund purposes. As they are Evri's customers it is easier for them to contact to ask about what is happening, however this was not an option leading me to believe this is a very common occurrence. Holding on hope that the item will eventually arrive and I can maybe update my review.

I have been using this product for one month and the wheel already turns in the wrong direction. The quality is very poor. I am not satisfied at all. It is really bad.I want to return the product and get a refund.The worst part is that when I was crossing the road, the stroller got stuck in the middle of the road and cars started honking. I am very frustrated and angry about this situation. The product feels unsafe and I want to return it and get a refund.

The product was received damaged, I expected higher quality because we use Kinderkraft products.

Wir haben ein Aston Kombi Dreirad gekauft dessen Sitz nicht zu montieren war, da eine Schraube falsch gefräst wurde und der Sitz in der Verankerung hin und her wackelt. Für uns so nicht nutzbar. Die Reklamation wurde zwar schnell bearbeitet,uns wurde aber ein Sitzbezug geschickt, welcher überhaupt nicht Teil der Reklamation war. Wir haben die Reklamation wieder reklamiert, erhalten nun aber seit Tagen keine Antwort mehr darauf. Leider ein sehr schlechter Kundenservice und das die Produktqualität ist für den Preis selbst bei voller Funktion nicht wirklich angemessen. Lieber woanders kaufen…

Wir brauchten ein Ersatzteil für einen Reisebuggy von Kinderkraft. Haben noch am selben Tag die Antwort erhalten und das Teil war nach 4 Tagen bei uns. Top!

I am disappointed with this tricycle. The brake frequently gets stuck, making it very difficult to move the tricycle backwards. Sometimes I even have to use my hands to release it because it remains locked.
Another issue is with the footrests. There are two positions: one near the wheels and another closer to the child. My son is still too small to comfortably reach the footrests near the wheels, so we use the closer ones. However, after the very first use, the locking mechanisms on those footrests became loose and they no longer stay in the correct position. Because of this, my son cannot keep his feet on them and has to lift his legs while we are using the tricycle.
Additionally, the steering is quite stiff and requires a lot of effort to turn.
Overall, I am not satisfied with the quality of this product and expected much better durability and functionality from a Kinderkraft tricycle.

Beim Kindersitz test lebensgefaehrlich abgeschnitten... Qualitaet war vielleicht einmal ein Faktor dieser Firma, ist es aber anscheinend schon laenger nicht mehr
