Key Drummond Estate Agents Anmeldelser

We recently sold our home with Key Drummond and they were brilliant. Chris was very professional and helpful and guided us through the whole process. Would definitely recommend.

We completed on our sale yesterday and were extremely happy with the service we received from Key Drummond, particular Chris. From the beginning of the process to the end he was very friendly and efficient and was always quick to respond to any queries. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Nick for his help purchasing our new flat. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. Nothing was to much trouble, communication was impeccable and he was a total pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He really knows his market and takes time to understand his clients. Absolutely first rate. We would definitely use Key Drummond again. Have no hesitation in recommending them. In fact we already have. Huge thank you to you all.

I have just had the pleasure of selling and buying from Key Drummond. Nick@ Canford Cliffs was instrumental in seeing this through from start to finish, alongside help from Lewis. I only have praise for Nick with his personable nature and in depth knowledge of all things moving house. Thank you for making this as easy and as smooth as these things can be.The communication was excellent in keeping me filled in during all stages of the buying and selling process. Highly recommended.

I would strongly urge anyone thinking of renting a property marketed by Key Drummond to think again.

While my tenancy was largely uneventful, it was when I came to leave that Key Drummond's unprofessionalism, incompetence and lack of empathy really came to the surface.

Having agreed an early departure date with both Key Drummond and the property's landlord and moved out on that agreed date, I was then landed with an additional rent bill of £600 when new tenants delayed their own move-in date by three weeks - no fault of my own, but this additional rent was, nonetheless, deducted from my deposit.

Then, today, more than seven months after I moved out, Key Drummond dropped an 'unpaid' gas and electricity bill final demand on my lap for the period of time AFTER I had moved out and before the new tenants moved in.

A period of time during which the property was empty, nobody was using any gas or electric and I had supplied meter readings and paid my own bill up to the date I moved out.

So, more than seven months after thinking I would never have to deal with Key Drummond or the landlord again, I have just paid a bill of £129, which I was not responsible for, simply to make them all go away.

Please avoid this agency.

There are a host of superb sales and lettings agencies in the Ashley Cross area, particularly Martin & Co, where the staff are professional, courteous and empathetic towards tenants - everything Key Drummond are not.

KD Are the best estate agent in my experience. The whole team at Canford Cliffs were brilliant especially Danny & Nick who steered the sale of our property through the pandemic as smoothly as was possible in difficult and trying times. Superb

Key Drummond made moving easy. The whole process was very straightforward and their level of communication was good. No query was too much trouble for our agent. Many thanks to Nicholae and the Ashley Cross office.
