Key Drummond Estate Agents Anmeldelser

They were always honest with me, even when sometimes I didn't want to hear it.
Sam kept me informed at all times and was always up beat.

Excellent service from Key Drummond.
Sam was excellent and went above and beyond in assisting with my house move. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam and will definitely use his services again should the need arise.

I recently purchased a house through Key Drummond and from start to finish it was a wholly positive experience. I found them to be helpful, responsive and friendly at all times - taking a lot of stress out of the process for me.

Key Drummond have supported us all the way through our house sale. Even when things were challenging they kept in contact, giving us regular updates & support. Very open & honest estate agents.

Excellent service from both Chris and Sam throughout entire process. I feel they completely have our best interests at heart, great communication, great photos and video, great price-honestly can’t fault them on anything and would highly recommend to anyone considering an Estate Agent! So glad we chose to use them and if we ever move again will most definitely use again.

Chris and his team sold our properties quickly and then provided the project management which our solicitors failed to provide. A very professional service that went beyond what they needed to provide.

Chris and Sam from Key Drummond have been absolutely brilliant in helping us with the sale of our house. I can't fault them for their constant professionalism and due diligence at all times and I would not hesitate to recommend Key Drummond them. I like to give credit where it's due and it's definitely due. A fabulous service from beginning to end Chris and Sam! Thank you soooo much.

Great estate agents always at the end of the phone if you need them and we got a lovely moving in gift from them after we completed.

Thanks Chris and team

Thank you to Sam and everyone at Key Drummond for being such lovely and helpful people. Sam was amazing throughout the process of selling our flat for us. Communication was fantastic. Sam went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate it. Not doubt the process would have been more stressful if we didn’t have Sam. Thank you, Harrison & Dan

Best estate agent in the area. Excellent service for our first property. Communication with Chris was fantastic. I was kept informed at all times of the purchase of my property and being included in the emails to the solicitors was really helpful as all parties knew what was going on at all times. Thank you for making it such a smooth purchase! I quite literally could not recommend him more highly!

We initially put our house on the market with a different estate agent and didn’t have the best experience. After viewing a couple of houses via Key Drummond we realised the difference in service they offered. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been nothing but helpful and Chris went above and beyond. Sam took time to get to know us and more about our property and having this understanding meant we sold quickly. They have supported us through the process every step of the way, nothing being too much trouble. If you are looking for an estate agent I would thoroughly recommend the team at Key Drummond.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Kept good communication throughout our purchase, even assisted by giving us an extra viewing on a Sunday. Would recommend.

Chris and his team are friendly, efficient and understanding. When dealing with such an emotional time in peoples lives the team are nothing but professional. They are always on the end of the phone when needed, great listeners, constantly chasing and pushing things through and available to go above and beyond. Genuinely interested in your circumstances and extremely understanding. A* Agent- The best in Poole and Bournemouth!

Well done Chris and team.

Chris and his team are absolutely fantastic, couldn't recommend them more highly, we had a complicated sale and they were so helpful and understanding, first class and very professional..they go above and beyond 😊👌

Very Happy. Everything went fast and smooth. Easy to get ahold of if needed too. No problems and everyone was very polite, would definitely recommend.
Thank you all :)

Chris & Sam provided a very professional service from the outset on the sale of our house. Communication was excellent and they kept us updated with everything that was happening throughout the process, even when we lost our first buyer, another viewing day was arranged and our house was very quickly resold, thanks for all your hard work!

I would like to thank Chris and Sam at Key Drummond for all their hard work throughout our house purchase, although we were the buyers, they were still highly committed to making sure our experience was as smooth and stress free as possible, going above and beyond to answer my endless questions and find solutions to any obstacles along the way, even after completion day. On top of all this, we were given a beautiful hamper and "new home" picture collage which was such a lovely touch, we really felt touched by this and for all these reasons, we would absolutely 100% recommend Key Drummond to anyone looking to sell or buy, and will be using them in the future...that being said, we are so in love with our beautiful home that we know this won't be any time soon! Thank you again Chris and Sam!
