Key Drummond Estate Agents Anmeldelser

We requested a viewing on a property in Clifton Road. On the market for £1,35000 We had sold 2 properties and had cash £1.30000 The agent said no we asked him to check with the seller and he said he would get back to us. He did not.

We had an excellent experience with Chris as our estate agent. From the very beginning, Chris was incredibly supportive and genuinely empathetic to our situation, especially when things became challenging. During the tougher moments, Chris went above and beyond to ensure we felt supported, informed, and reassured at every step.

Chris’s constant guidance, clear communication, and unwavering commitment carried us right through to the end of the process. We truly couldn’t have asked for more and are extremely grateful for the care, professionalism, and dedication shown throughout. We would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely puts their clients first.

From the initial, honest, valuation of our bungalow, a problem with a potential purchaser (out of the control of Chris) to the completion of the sale, Chris has been contactable, supportive throughout the process. Highly recommend.
He is already 'booked' to sell my house later in the year.

I cant speak highly enough of the service given by Athertons. Their professional, helpful and friendly approach is so appreciated during the stress of all things connected to a house sale/purchase!

Chris has been outstanding and always made himself available to answer any questions I had. He went above and beyond to ensure things progressed as quickly as possible and kept me in the loop with any updates. I was selling a shared ownership property and was very impressed with Chris's knowledge in this area.

I would highly recommend Athertons to anyone looking to sell or buy a property! Thanks again for all your support.

Chris has been fantastic through out the process of purchasing our new home. From meeting him at our first viewing he was friendly and professional, extremely knowledgable and could answer any of our questions straight away. When we submitted an offer on the property via email at closing time he contacted the sellers and got back to us straight away albeit out of office hours. He then proceeded to do more than his job like finding out details of our chain that our agent should have known (but didn't) to keep us and the sellers up to date with the process. Any extra questions i have had he has been contactable straight away or has returned my call within the hour. I cant thank Chris enough for making this as stress free as possible and we will definitely contact Atherton's in the future if we move again. Thank you Chris for going above and beyond for us!

I both sold my house and found a new property with Key Drummond. Both Chris and Sam have been so helpful, proactive with progress updates and always available to help answer any questions I had. The online tool is great too! Makes viewings and sale progress so much easier to track. Would definitely recommend!

Chris, Sam and the team at Key Drummond provided an exceptional service when selling my property in Hamworthy. A buyer was found very quickly and Chris assisted with the liaison between the buyer and myself often going above and beyond to ensure that the sale completed. I thank the whole team at Key Drummond Oakdale for all of their help and support.

What was a slow start due to the then market conditions and some delays with communication from legal professionals, our move was managed professionally by the team at key Drummond. Special mention to Sam for his attentive viewings and coordination: also to Chris when finalising move dates and chasing everyone …….. communication methods were good with a WhatsApp group, email and phone. Would recommend this agency for selling your home

We recently sold a property through Key Drummond.
They were more than helpful from beginning to end , making the sensitive selling of my parents home after they passed away.
It was stress free, updated on progress all the way through .
I honestly can't recommend them enough .

Chris and the team were fantastic throughout the selling process! Which was drawn out because of the market and three buyers pulling out, and no financial loss to them.
I will be using Chris and his team again.

Fantastic service from all at Key Drummond. Friendly and easy going, and always there to deal with any issues that may have occured

Chris Rowley was extremely efficient and dealt with every issue I had in a good manor and prompt.

Chris and his team went above and beyond to provide a first class service throughout the process of selling. I would highly recommend them.

Great experience selling our first home and buying our second all through Key Drummond. Chris and Sam are always on the end of the phone to answer any questions and helped us to find our long term home.

Chris was excellent through the entire process

Great team, always keeping you in the loop and at the end of the phone to help. This is my third time having them act on my behalf and I wouldn’t question using them again if ever needed.
Thanks team!

Overall received a great service and would recommend to use.
Sam took over from Chris in the early days due to Chris poor health. Sam did a great job, communication was always spot on, very helpful and polite. When Chris returned towards the end Chris was always there to hand and spot on with the communication and very helpful.
We liked having the WhatsApp group between us all, we found this really helpful and informative.
We prefer to use independents and local.
Price was very competitive, service great, got the job done. It did take a little while due to the current market, got there in the end, was worth the wait, they also found our next home we wanted and sorted that out too.
Thank you guys.

It was pleasure to deal with Key Drummond. Many thanks for Chris :-)
