I just created the Account here to warn…
I just created the Account here to warn others about this App! I have wasted my time and Money Arguing with this company!!! I cancelled my subscription via in app message. Of course I don’t have a proof if it’s from their app form. No email proof later when they continue billing you despite the cancellation and of course the fee doubled. Very clever fraud. Thank god PayPal helped me out because after countless emails they were never to return my falsely charged payment though I had one screenshot as a proof.
Cost me my nerves. Don’t purchase this app.

Avoid. It’s a scam
Like many others, I have been ripped off by this company. I paid for a meal plan and was bombarded with additional extras. There was no way for me to cancel the subscription because it didn’t show up in my apps and there was no option to cancel on the app itself, then out of the blue I was charged £39.98. I’ve had contact with two different people at the automated response address, posted in reply to each of these reviews but both have denied me a refund. It is completely unfair and against the U.K. consumer rights act. I will be escalating this further and I suggest everyone else in this scenario does too.

Unexpected Auto-Renewal and Refund Refused
I believe I must have inadvertently signed up for a subscription when I thought I was purchasing a one-off for 30 days but then ended up with a 3-month plan. I was completely unaware of it until an automatic renewal of £59.98 was taken three months later.
As soon as I became aware of the charge, I contacted customer support, cancelled the subscription immediately and requested a refund. The subscription was cancelled without issue, confirming no further payments will be taken, but my refund request was refused even though I had not used the renewed subscription.
In my opinion, the subscription and auto-renewal terms were not sufficiently prominent during the purchase process. I would encourage anyone considering this service to read the checkout carefully and make sure they fully understand whether they are agreeing to a recurring subscription.
