Charging and ignoring request for cancellation
Hello,
I received charges from this company on my visa in-spite of no notification of a subscription. I contacted the company via app to cancel but received no reply. I have no idea how to sign in as I do not have any information re my subscription profile. After notification to them ( I gave my name and last 4 digits of CC ) I was charged again. I then through searching on the internet found the hello@ketoway email address and emailed there requesting refund and again that no further charges be applied to my credit card. I have received no correspondance from the company at all, however , I did receive another charge. I have never used their product. I would ask that someone please reply to me regarding my status. I do not know why I was charged and am requesting refund of fees and to ensure no other fees be processed. I can’t speak to the product only the customer service which to this point for me at any rate has been non existent. Absolutely no correspondance at all from this company in spite of my efforts to reach them.
Upon their reply to this review, I am adding to this review particularly that they are complete ignoring commenting on my efforts to reach them through multiple channels without success. Thete has never been any correspondance or reply afforded to me from Ketoway till the reply to this review. By any definition ignoring “customers” is not good customer service.

ESTAFA

Pessimo servizio e nessuna attenzione…
Sconsigliatissimo.
