I like Keto Chef's product. The taste is always good. The items are shipped fast and are fresh, they are frezeer friendly, so one can stock up and retrieve when needed. What's not to like. Thank you for providing this service and products.

The ease of the site, the delivery and of course the quality of the bread and the hot cross buns.

Total delight from start to finish. The site was easy to negotiate and find your way around and order. When I was not sure on one thing I got a really quick answer to my query. The choice of Keto goods is great and that was my main reason for searching. The goods arrived so fast I could not believe it. With using the offers the price was very reasonable. The goods were in good condition and they all tasted great. My go to is going to be the rustic seeded loaf.

Since following a low carb/keto lifestyle for over 2 years some things I miss deeply....a cheese & onion roll.
Not any longer, the rustic bread rolls are fresh and low carb.
Now I can enjoy my secret night shift treat without the carb overload.

I've tried a number of "keto breads" and the keto chefs rustic loaves are what I keep coming back to.

The cakes are a special treat with coffee - my favourites being Izzy's Cinnamon Donuts and the blueberry muffins. The new Croissants are also a welcome addition.

I also sampled a few of the new Ciao options this time and these are great. From what I tried this time I'd particularly recommend the flat breads and I also received a sample proto pizza base - this was the best low carb option I've tried and hope they stock it going forward!

Very fast delivery, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the bread is. The sandwich loaf is the best I have tasted for keto bread. The sage and onion bread is too overpowering with sage, more onion flavour would have been better but the consistency is the closest to real bread.

Update: Apparently my parcel has been delivered Saturday Morning, 2-3days late (I am not home and I received no such notification, just an update to my review on here). Nonetheless KC is elated.

Take your money elsewhere!!!

So I made an order and expected my delivery the next day or within 48hrs as I am not unreasonable. Got an email from Royal Mail (RM) a few hours after my order stating a time slot for the following day. On that said day, I got a message saying my order was delayed. Now on to day 2 and no update from KetoChefs (KC) or RM. I then tracked my order and it is sitting in the same warehouse it was 2 days ago (this is food to be delivered fairly fresh). So, I emailed KC asking for my order to be cancelled and my money refunded as I now need to get these items elsewhere. Shockingly, I received an email saying they are unable to cancel or refund my order as to delivery delays. Are you kidding me, it is KC’s responsibility to use a delivery company that will deliver to their customers in a timely manner, because that is what was promised. I order these items in the 1st place because of the fact that they were to be delivered to me in 24hrs. I still haven’t got my items or an update and it is now 5pm on a Friday, chances are these breads and cakes will be delivered to me on Monday, 5 days late, but KC takes no responsibility. I will not be spending my money here ever again.

Have been buying their products for quite some time now. Mostly bread and rolls. Have tried the sweet treats now as well and love the muffins as well. For quite some years it has been difficult to buy low carb products especially bread and rolls and I had to bake them myself, but now with this company I am saving a lot of time and the delivery is fast and products always have a "freshly baked" smell. I love it and would recommend to everyone.

Honestly, I had the red velvet cupcakes and the chocolate cookies. They truly were awful. The chemical taste in the mouth was unbearable and I threw the whole order away. The red velvet topping was a watery mess that tasted like sour cream. I have had keto treats before and they are never going to be like their counterparts with sugar but these were both awful. Complete waste of money! I’ll stick to eating an egg or cheese in future and not try to substitute.

The artisan bread is next level. Delicious and a real game changer for Keto. Haven’t tried the keto breadcrumbs or the keto pastry yet. But all I can say. This company is a game changer for the keto lifestyle

Items arrived quickly and in good condition. The orange chocolate brownie was delicious. The sauces were very nice indeed.

Such a wonderful company that offers wonderful tasting food to people on a keto / low carb diet. In fact, the food is better than the “normal” version.

Just to add that delivery is outstanding: I think my orders have always arrived the next working day.
