The food was delivered quickly, packaged well and mostly tastes great. I wasn’t keen on the pizza bases - just because they tasted too much of almonds which I am not keen on x

Well priced, and delivery was easy and way quick. Personally I found the sweet products - brownies, muffins etc exceptional. The rolls and breads are great with a filling or burger etc. As toast it was ok but not like traditional breads. Obviously this company are working with a restricted ingredients list so that is fair.
I spent £50 to take advantage of the free delivery. This will last me and my partner 4-6 weeks having a small treat several times a week.
You should 100% give them a go 👍

I’ve been ordering from Ketochef almost every week for the past three months and never had an issue—until now. Normally my pizza bases arrive with a “perishable goods, do not return to depot” label so that if I’m out they’re left with my neighbour. This week the label was missing, so when Royal Mail couldn’t deliver, they sent the package back to the depot. By the time it finally arrived I’d spent £20 on two pizza bases that had been unrefrigerated for four days and were essentially inedible.

I contacted the seller immediately with four straightforward questions: Did you mark this parcel as perishable? Will you take up a refund or claim with Royal Mail? How long can your product safely sit unrefrigerated? Would you consider an alternative shipping method? None of these were answered. Instead, I was told it was my responsibility to arrange safe delivery, despite having ordered weekly without issue. When I threatened a bank dispute I was met with dismissive and harassing phone calls—hardly the treatment a loyal customer deserves.

Ketochef’s failure to ensure proper labelling, their refusal to answer my questions, address my concerns or offer a refund, and their unprofessional follow-up calls have cost me both money and trust. I cannot recommend this seller and urge anyone considering them to think twice before placing an order.

I really like the white sliced loaf. It toasts well and can be used with either sweet or savoury food.

This bread, crusty rolls and tray bakes taste great, the cost is reasonable and delivery is swift! Now a customer for life!

If you place your order in the morning, it arrives the very next day.

No customer service. I asked for the recipe for their keto bread mix. They said look on internet! Not clear how to mix their product or what quantity to use. They were most unhelpful and said they don’t take returns.
