at the end i got what i wanted but they…
at the end i got what i wanted but they brought up to many unnecessary things bills that was made to be paid in installment the made me pay it 10 month in advance cleared bills i of 4 years i had to ask why and when and status when it was clearly stated cleared on my report there was many more.

I hadn't heard of Kensington Mortgages…
I hadn't heard of Kensington Mortgages before my mortgage broker recommended them, but I'm so glad they did.
The mortgage they offered matched exactly what I was looking for, with a competitive fixed rate over a 10-year term. My broker handled the application, and it was accepted in no time.
From there, the process through to exchange and completion was straightforward and largely paperless, with most documents signed digitally. Their solicitors were efficient, professional, and completed everything in around four weeks.
I have no complaints, only gratitude. Kensington Mortgages made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth, straightforward, and hassle-free from start to finish. I would happily recommend them.

Honestly, everything was just a breeze!! We struggled to get a mortgage offer the year prior due to a bad credit rating and Kensington came to the rescue. Everything was super simple and the whole process was really quick! Would definitely be interested in another deal with you when our fixed term ends. Absolutely wonderful all round.

Great lender! I got my buy-to-let mortgage approved incredibly quickly, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The whole team was professional, helpful, and worked efficiently throughout the process.
I completed everything within three months, and in less than a week after completion, I received my first mortgage offer. I was really impressed with how fast everything was handled.
