Dream come true

I can't express how happy I am. I had an issue the day before completing, it was a very stressful two days for my family. But Kensington went above and beyond to make sure we completed the day we were supposed to. I am so grateful for the staff who worked at Kensington who worked together to made sure we completed. Mortgage Approval Experience
Overall, the mortgage was approved and completed successfully, and I appreciate the support provided throughout the process. However, I was disappointed with how long everything took. There were delays that made the process more stressful than it needed to be.
One of the biggest frustrations was having to arrange for another solicitor to update the associates at Companies House before the application could proceed. This added extra time, cost, and inconvenience, and I felt this requirement could have been identified much earlier. I also had to get a solicitor to witness me sign the documents, which cost me a couple of hundred pounds too.
Communication was generally good, but the overall timescale was much longer than expected. While I am pleased with the final outcome, I believe there is room for improvement in making the process more efficient and identifying any issues at an earlier stage.
Overall, I would describe my experience as satisfactory rather than excellent.
