Very bad experience with them
My experience with KAVAK has been the worst ever. The purchase process took more than a month and a half. The finance representative had no idea about the process. They even forgot to include the engine number on the invoice, which delayed the bank procedure. After finally getting the LPO, it turned out they hadn’t released the old mortgage on the car, causing another three-day delay. Until now, I haven’t received the car. I do not recommend anyone to deal with them — very poor service and not up to the standards of the UAE market.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Kavak managed to waste my entire Sunday and still didn’t complete a simple car inspection.
I had an appointment scheduled for 11am, showed up on time, and was left waiting for 30 minutes with no update, no apology, no sense of urgency whatsoever. When I finally asked for an update, I was told—very casually—that the inspection actually takes two hours. Funny, because someone from Kavak had called me the previous evening and explicitly told me it would take 30 minutes.
So I had to leave and reschedule for 6pm at a different “fast-track” center. (What a joke that term turned out to be.) I arrived early, waited another 15 minutes, only to be told there was no driver available to do the inspection at all. No communication, no accountability, no respect for customers’ time.
I drove to two separate appointments, wasted hours of my day, and left with absolutely nothing accomplished. How is this company still operating with such blatant disregard for its customers?
Kavak, if you’re reading this, sort your operations out. People’s time is valuable, and the way you treat your customers is completely unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs—unless you enjoy being lied to, kept waiting, and having your weekend completely ruined.

I recently booked an appointment for an inspection through your website. After booking, I received an automated message asking me to confirm the appointment, which I did.

However, on the day of the appointment, I received a call from your call center for another confirmation. As I was in a meeting, I could not answer the call, and shortly after, I received a message stating that my appointment had been cancelled because I did not pick up the phone.

When I called back to clarify, the agent mentioned that the automated confirmation message did not reach her system. This makes me question the purpose of having an automated confirmation process if it is not integrated or recognized by your call center.

This lack of synchronization and communication between your automated system and your agents led me to cancel the appointment altogether. Unfortunately, the experience reflects poor coordination and customer service, and I have decided not to proceed with your services as a result.

Calidad de autos y servicio

Muy mala experiencia.
Estuvimos toda la tarde en Kavak. Ya cuando entregamos por fin todos los papeles, a las 8 de la noche, recibimos una llamada para decirnos que había bajado el valor de la camioneta que habíamos acordado! Aparte, nos dijeron que iban a depositar el dinero (que era menos de lo acordado) en 2 partes.
Que poca!!!

Kavak es lo máximo es una empresa muy responsable eficiente, compra y vende auto de lujo

Estuvo todo bien excepto cuando me entregaron el auto el que me entregó el auto fue un poco grosero porque le hacía preguntas y casi no me la respondía y siempre estaba con prisa que mejoren el trato hacia el cliente

Por la facilidad de los tramites

El catálogo de autos es bastante amplio, por lo que, hay una gran probabilidad de encontrar un vehiculo que se ajuste a tu presupuesto. Un puntos a resaltar es que en la página web las fotos no detallan ni muestran todos los aspectos estéticos de los carros, por lo que, recomiendo ampliamente verlos en vivo antes de comprar.
La atención en las sucursales podría ser mejorable ya que el personal parece estar algo disperso y atiende a muchas personas al mismo tiempo.

Una excelente manera de adquirir un auto por lo rápido en cuanto a la gestión y el crédito

Se siente uno bien. La empresa es confiable.
El trato del personal es muy amable.

Fueron claros, honestos y cumplen.
